How can I view another users calendar

I need to setup an assistant to view a calendar from another employee. He can already do this on a computer but we have them both mobile now and would like to do this from their blackberry's. We utilize Exchange 2003 for mail. Has anyone attempted this?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
While I can't (yet!) find a specific KB article, my recollection is that each BB user can only see and manage their own calendar from the BB. Therefore, the delegate cannot manage the others calendar from their own BB.

Log on to iCloud.com and next to the calendar there is a little wi-fi looking symbol. Click it and then you can choose who to share the calendar with.

So if you can not get complete set of data you will take a subset (which can be empty, BTW) and say this is a complete list?In a 10.2.0.4 database a user with CONNECT role only can see every username. Can't see all the details but that's the intent of the view. I don't know if this is a doc bug or what.
And, it is, BTW, a very good thing DBA_USERS is not available to everyone. List of users is part of security and is at least confidential.Agree 100%. I just thought it was a bit odd for you to suggest that I RTFM the ALL_USERS definition, and point out that the docs state it's a list of users visible to the current user, when your suggestion to the OP was to use DBA_USERS. It's likely that a user with the ability to query DBA_USERS would have all users visible to them anyway. I just didn't understand your rather rude followup directed at me. I'm just trying to help, just like everyone else here.

Firstly, it's a bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
If you give the other user your ID and password he will have full access to everything in your account just as if he was you, and his contacts and calendars will sync if enabled, and he will have full access to your email. (He will of course need Lion 10.7.2 or above, or iOS5, to use the syncing facilities). He can also access the iCloud website and read, move or delete emails, and alter settings.

Were you able to solve this issue? I too would like to have the ability to automatically open other users' calendar when Outlook loads.
I did find one unreliable workaround is this; I am able to add a link of the other users' calendar on the shortcut bar. This way, when a user logs on, s/he can click on the link to get to other's calendars.
However, I say its unreliable because every once in a while, I get the error message "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The entry Id passed in does not refer to a valid object."
To resolve this, I must go back to files -> open -> Other user's folders. Open the calendar before it works agin.

How can I view all synchronized calendars online?

I have multiple calendars: my private google calendar, calendars from two institutes where I work and my iCal. Everything shows up well on my iPhone and my MacBook Pro.
My problem is that I want to be able to access all those on the go from my office PC online. When I log in to my iCal online, it only gives me my iCal events but none of the other synchronized events. How can I bring everything up when I am away from my MacBook?

How can I view my phone calendar for the previous year via my laptop?

I have to extract appointments for tax purposes and as this is my first smart phone (Samsung Galazy S3), I have no clue if this is possible or where to look? I thought when my phone did its back up it backed up everything...now I'm guessing just my contacts?

Help is here, sbsue! Lets see if we can figure this out. Which calendar are you using? Is it the one on your S3? If so, did you back up by going in settings > accounts > Gmail accounts and sync? If the calendar was synced, log on google.com/calendar to view the previous year. Let us know which calendar was used so that we can better assist.

How can I allow other users on my macbook to view my iphoto library when they are logged in. I do not have a network, and the users (my family) all log in seperately when they use the computer. Does anyone know? Thank you.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
If you want others to be able to see the pics, but not add to, change or alter your library, then enable Sharing in your iPhoto (Preferences -> Sharing), leave iPhoto running and use Fast User Switching to open the other account(s). In the other account(s), enable 'Look For Shared Libraries'. Your Library will appear in their source pane.
Remember iPhoto must be running in both accounts for this to work.

I bought 26 new songs under my work e-mail and now i can't copy them to my i-pod because it has another music library on it. How can i combine both user id's to the same purchased account

I have 2 user id's with apple, i bought 26 songs from my laptop recently using my work e-mail. I plug my i-pod to sync it and it says that my i-pod is tuned with another library. i don't want to erase the songs I have already because they are about 760 and the new ones are 26 only. how can I combine both user id's and consolidate all the music into one user id?
everytime i try to do something it asks me to reset the password. I have done it already 6 times.
there is no phone # to call.

Alright, please follow these steps in order to get it working properly again.
Please change your Apple ID back to your old email address (that you used as Apple ID before) here: http://appleid.apple.com
Then go to all your devices - iPhones, iPads, Mac etc. - ("Settings > iCloud") and delete your iCloud account from this devices (+ turn off Find My iPhone, but I guess it will ask you that anyway)
After that go back to http://appleid.apple.com sign in again, and now change your Apple ID again to your new email address.
Finally, set up your iCloud account on all your devices again.
Now, everything should working properly again.

You don't view your calendar, on your Mac, that way. You sync your calendar to your Mac using iCloud, or iTunes. Read here:
