help i have several films downloaded on my laptop but would like to watch them on my new ipad any ideas how i can please????

Import them into the iTunes library and then sync the iPad. You may need to use MPEG Streamclip or iTunes to convert them to MPEG-4 first.

How can I 'un-download' videos on my iPad?

How can I 'un-download' purchased videos (not videos that I took with the camera) on my iPad? I don't want to delete them forever from my account, but I just need to undownload them to free up space on my iPad.

You can delete films and/or TV programmes from the Videos app via (I'm assuming that your iPad is on iOS 7) the Edit button at the top left of the film/TV selection screen in the app - or you can do it via Settings > General > Usage > Videos
Films and/or TV programmes can't be redownloaded in all countries, and if the rights-holder removes them from the store (which they occasionally do) or if you change countries then you also won't be able to redownload them. If you haven't already done so then you may want to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over so that you can take your own backup copy of them, just in case you are not able to redownload them in the future - any item could be removed from the store at any time.

Assuming it's in a supported format (which is likely), simply sync your iPad to iTunes on your computer. Make sure you have specified that you would like to sync movies on the "movies" tab on the top right of the iTunes display (when your iPad is plugged in and its row highlighted).

Depends. are they flash video? If so then you need to look for an app that will play flash files. i Swiffer, Puffin, and skyfire are some taht I see recommended.

I took all the pic's of my kids using a works iPhone and uploaded them using photo stream. I am no longer with that company and don't have access to the phone. I can see the backup file in iCloud, but when I switch photo stream on with my new iPad, the pictures aren't downloading to it.

Photo Stream is a syncing service, not a storage service, so if your company deleted the photos from the phone they would also delete from the stream.
Photos are only available for 30 days, after which they "roll off" and are deleted. The backup file that you can see is not the Photo Stream, as this does not count towards your storage space.

You can't delete it because it's built into the iOS. Check all your screens and inside all your folders. You can swipe your screens to the right to bring up spotlight search and search for "Messages". If the app is inside a folder, the folder name will appear to the right of the app icon. If after searching you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may move other apps around to do so.

You do not need an Internet connection in order to watch a fully and completely downloaded movie on the iPad. Did the movie download completely?
It would be some much more helpful if you actually state what is happening .... Language issues not withstanding. "I can't watch it offline" tells us nothing useful.
BTW .... You're English is just fine and I know it is much better than my German would be!
And ... You are using the Videos App to watch the movie - correct? Movies do not play in iTunes on the iPad.

How can I load photos on a new iPad for a customer?

Now this is something that I've done before. But iOS has gone through some changes since then, and now I can't remember what to do.
Basically, I have a new iPad which was purchased for a customer. I need to load some photos on the iPad for the customer, then give to to them to do whatever they're going to do with it. Trouble is, I seem to remember being able to do this through iPhoto in the past, but that doesn't appear to be the case anymore. Now it seems you have to go through iTunes, which means setting it up with my iTunes account, which I don't want to do.
So, my question is, what is the best way to load these photos onto the iPad so that when the client sets things up they won't lose the images. Can I just set things up as usual, then manually sign out of my iTunes account on the iPad?

I'd really suggest you not try to do this. An iPad can only be synched to a single computer, so if you sync the iPhotos on your system (and synching has always been done through iTunes), when your customer takes the iPad to his/her own computer and syncs, it will erase the content (i.e. photos) you put on the iPad.
There may be workarounds, but I'd strongly suggest you just let the customer sync the photos him/herself. That's going to be a lot less headache.
