Sometime I have 2 lines, sometime 3 lines (in different PC).
How to determine fixed line of table control?
So it will never be confusing me whether I have 2 or 3 lines.

Check the table CTU_PARAMS and field DEFSIZE for setting fixed line of a table control.

Default size will play good role in terms of resoultion. in one system in table control you can see 10rows, but in others system it will show 20 records. it depends on resoultion. but when you set the default size then it will take same (default screen size) in all the systems when you run BDC.

Now i have a form(historygraph.frm), four DTPicker controls(DTPicker1,DTPicker2,DTPicker3,DTPicker4), and three command control(cmdFind,cmdNextPage,cmdPreviousPage).
My database is SQL SERVER 2000,
In my table(mytable),I have two fields:
(1)savetime(datetime) (2)value(integer)
So DTPicker1 and DTPicker2 stand for the time that I want begin to find in the database table savetime field. DTPicker3 and DTPicker4 stand for the time that I want end to find in the database table savetime field.
DTPicker1.Format = dtpShortDate
DTPicker2.Format = dtpTime
DTPicker3.Format = dtpShortDate
DTPicker4.Format = dtpTime
When the user select the time query range.(from begin time to end time)
and press the command(cmdFind),I need these data value to display with the CWGraph control.Meanwhile,I must display the data savetime on X Axes,and the data value on Y Axes.
Because the amounts of data is very large,So I must display the Graph on limited amount,When the chartlength is full,user can press the Next Page command,also user can press the Previous Page command to look the last page data chart. The whole interval of the pages can set 1 hour or 3 hour and so on.
For Example:
data1 savetime:09:00:03,data1 value:1000
data2 savetime:09:00:08,data2 value:1020
data3 savetime:09:00:20,data3 value:2000
On the X Axes,display in order: 09:00:03 09:00:08 09:00:20 ...
I have complete the code that get the savetime and value when user select the datetime query range,But I can't display it with chart,and implement the function as I describe above.
Who can give me help ,how to use CWGraph control,How to set it,I have see the sample but can not solute this problem.

Okay, first you will want to use the PlotXvsY method of CWGraph. This method plots a 1D or 2D array of Y data against a 1D array of X data.
Place a CWGraph on your form. By default its name will be CWGraph1. You can change the format X axis by right-clicking on the graph and selecting Properties. On the Format tab, you will see that time is one of the Built-in format styles. Select the appropriate format string and press Apply. Anywhere you want the graph to plot your data you can place the command:
CWGraph1.PlotXvsY savetime, value
To view help on this method, you can type in the above command, place the cursor somewhere in the method call and press F1.
Now, in terms of displaying only part of the data, I recommend deciding the maximum number of data points you want displayed at a time. You can then create arrays of the desired subsets of times and values to display, and use these subsets in your call to PlotXvsY. If you create a Sub with arguments for selecting the subsets of data, the Sub could be called from the callbacks of your command buttons.

for item is SAPMV45A 8459 and 8460.

i want to send a form to particular person ,where that particular person have selected in the form,if the particular person has logged-in in the Window NT4.0, then he should receive the message like, u hava a msg from so and so person etc.
that message may have to send by ms dos command : net send pln "u have msg from pln", how can i do this in JSP , and please help me out

This would only be even considerable (not necessarily a great idea though) if your JSP application was internal. Since JSPs run on the server and execute commands server-side, the recipient of the email would have to be on the same network as the Server, since the net send would be executed from there. This would also require that the recipient be at their computer and that it be turned on when attempting to receive the message.
If people will be logging into this application, maybe you could notify them at that time that they have a message. I can't see using a command such as net send being the best solution to your situation.

Not long ago I purchased my first Mac (New MacBook Pro 2.53GHZ); last Summer I also purchased a MacBook Pro for my daughter. Everything works great (like driving a formula one Porsche after grappling with a battered pick-up truck (meaning Windows) for many decades; cannot imagine ever going back. But, there is one issue that I have not been able to solve and for which I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice. I am familiar with ichat and with AIM (my daughter uses it all the time). However, the vast majority of people with whom I communicate via IM live in parts of the world where very few people have even a computer at home much less residential internet access. As a result, near all of the folks I would be chatting with have to use public computers (internet cafes, libraries, etc) and obviously they cannot install AIM or anything else on those public computers. About 90% of them use the web based yahoo messenger which can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection (most of the rest use MSN). My question is this: I know how to do video chat in ichat but ichat does not support yahoo. How can I do video chat with someone who is using web based yahoo on a public computer that has a USB web cam? I was able to do this on my old PC which had a plug in web cam but do not know how it might work on a Mac. Should I install yahoo messenger on my MacBook Pro and will that work for me?. I know about some other Mac compatible chat clients such as Admiun but as far as I can tell none of them support video chat or in some cases yahoo. Perhaps I am overlooking something. I would be very grateful for any suggestions or advice in this matter. Thanks to anyone who reads this post and has any helpful info.

I think there are Mac compatible MSN clients that will do video, (i.e. aMSN) Also, Microsoft plans on releasing an updated version of Messenger for Mac soon.

GoogleTalk does have a browser based video chat, but your friends would need to install a browser plug-in. (which I would assume that can't do either)
The best option is Skype, but also requires an install on their end (I would think that the internet cafes would/should have this available)

You can't from Apple, they don't let you buy iTunes gift cards with an Apple Store gift card. You could see if a different store in your country might let you (though they possibly won't), or try selling the card to somebody e.g. family, friend, eBay etc

How can I update apps that were installed using another Apple ID

I have an ipad that was set up by my school. I use my own apple ID however it came preinstalled with Pages, Keynote and Numbers. However according to my app store these apps need to be updated. I press update and insted of asking me for MY apple ID, it asks for the schools.
Is there a way of updating this app with out needing to schools apple ID password. The guy that created it has since left and no-one knows what he set the password to.

NI offers an "Report generation toolkit". You get some VI's with this toolkit and so you can directly create your reports from LV.

How can I generate tones with usb 6008 using analog out?... tia sal2

I've been looking at the example Sim Phone.vi that comes with labview and would like to generate similar tones out of our usb 6008 device. I can get a very faint sound out of our usb 6008 using the example Gen Multi Volt Updates-SW Timed.vi Does anyone know the best way to alter Sim Phone.vi to have the sound come out of the Analog output of our usb 6008 device. ( I have a small speaker connected to the Analog out on our USB 6008)
PS: we are using labview 7.1
Does anyone know the Analog output frequency range of the usb-6008? Is this possible?

Hi sal2,
As stated earlier you could most certainly use the USB device to generate sound, but that would be at a max update rate of 150 Hz. While according to Nyquist theorem you could get frequency information for signals below 75 Hz, you may notice that the quality of the data in that spectrum to be very low due to having so few samples.
While technically possible to produce you really should look for a device with a faster Analog Output update rate. I would look for a device that supports Analog Output at least 10x the maximum frequency that you want the user to hear. Some great, yet lower cost products, would be the M-Series line of products. They would give you the performance that is really needed in the type of application that you are talking about.
If you still want to use the USB Device, then you would need to use code similar to that found in the example Gen Mult Volt Updates-SW Timed (Found here: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\examples\daqmxbase\Dynamic\ao).
