How can jagged stroke be fixed?

Please look at the attached images. Brown strokes are showing white color in boundary with other colors. I tried increasing stroke weight(second image) but it's no use. Enlarging image doesn't help too. It's not only in illustrator, that white problem still remains when I export or save for web. How can I solve this?

The white problem looks like compression on the anti-aliasing. What settings are you using, are you at a very low quality jpg?

Probably too late to do anything but replace the device at this point.

That is almost always due to Port & type of authentication... when connecting using your own ISP, they know who & where you are, but to prevent Spam, most ISPs require Authentication to send Mail from another ISP through their servers.
For sending... SMTP and SMTP-SSL is on ports 25, 587 and 465. Port 587 has to be SSL, and port 465 is enforced TLS-wrapped and is generally used by Outlook users.

I understand that you scanner bulb is to low with your HP Officejet J4680, on Windows 8.1. I am happy to look into this for you!
Some questions for you, if you do not mind:
Are you able to place a sheet of paper on the scanner glass and make a copy of it? Or does the printer provide the same error message?
Is the printer plugged into a surge protector? Or Directly into the wall outlet? Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. This applies to Inkjet printers as well.
If you make a copy and lift the scanner lid, do you see the light bulb come on, and the scanner bar moving?

Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation. If defective, you'll get a replacement.

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

This can't happen unless there are apps on the iPhone that were downloaded by the previous owner's iTunes account.
You need to restore the iPhone as a new iPhone and start from there.

On the photo, click on Edit, the third icon at the bottom has a red circle with a slash over it, that's the red-eye fix. Touch that and it will fix all red eyes automatically or make you touch the red eyes and then fix them for you. Not perfect, but a great help. Now, I find that the fixes do not carry over when I save the photos in my computer. Hope to find an answer for that.

Henry dropped his Ipod touch and cracked the screen and put in a passcode and now has forgotten his passcode. Need to know how I can get the screen fixed and or if it is covered on the 1 year warranty? How can I unlock the Ipod without the passcode?

Try restoring the iOS device if backing up and erasing all content and settings doesn't resolve the issue. Using iTunes to restore iOS devices is part of standard isolation troubleshooting. You can't in iPhoto but you can make "batch" adjustments in the edit mode, Control (right) - click on the image and select Save Adjustments from the contextual menu:
Use the right or left arrow key to go to the next photo. Again Control (right) - click on the image and this time selecdt Paste Adjustments. Use the arrow key again and repeat the process for all. You can go thru quite a few photos this way in a short time applying the same edit settings to all of the selected photos.
