How can my iphone 4gs can not syn photos from itunes?

I try to syn all photos album in my picture to iphone but I couldn't do it.

iTunes includes an option to transfer content that was purchased from the iTunes Store from an iPod or iPhone, but this is for content that was purchased from the iTunes Store only.
With your iPhone connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
This is one of the reasons why maintaining a backup of all your important data (including your iTunes library) stored on an external drive used for backup purposes only, or on other media such as CD or DVD is so important.

I have last version of iTunes, i phone 3 GS. I had to synchronised my iphone with new computer. I Have a 5s iPhone updated to 8.1---- have installed iCloud Photo Library---- will only upload 4oo of 21,000 photos--- will not upload any photos from iTunes. It would be much simpler as a screensaver, but could be done as either.
In your photo folder, you can have one level of sub folders, when you add the main folder to the Apple TV (via the advanced menu in itunes) each sub folder will show as an album. When you select which photos to use for the screensaver, make sure you choose a sub folder (album) and not the main folder.
You'll also need to select the type of screensaver you want. i.e. floating pictures, dissolve etc etc.

I recently changed my email address and want to change my Apple ID account to match. Photo albums are not searched by Spotlight Search. Go to Settings > General > Spotlight Search to see and reorder the available search items.

Im just guessing but it seems like you would have to get your movie into the correct folder on a computer then use iTunes to sync it to your iPad. If you've synced to a computer and have movies then on your computer should be a folder with the movie in it. You could export your iMovie to something like Dropbox then download from Dropbox to the folder you think it needs to be in the sync your iPad again. Again this is just a guess. Others may have a better answer.

Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

It seems you would like to transfer photos from your previous device to your iPhone 5S. I have linked to an article which may help you. You can transfer those photos to a Mac or PC, then sync them to your new device:

After you import your photos from your iOS device or Saved Photos, you can use iTunes to sync them back to your device.

No, there are no gurantees. The capabilitty exists to retrive deleted data from an iPhone, but like many things in life it is not 100% successful all the time. Be careful, there are a lot of scam artists out there. They take your money & retrive nothing. This guy is one of the best in the business, but he does not work for people in the private sector. Delete them the same way you put them there. The sync process. Deselectg the album in itunes and sync.
Photo Album contains ALL synced photos and you can also view those exact same photos, not duplicates, from the albums.
