How can my saved highlights be shared on multiple devices

I am using Dropbox + Adobe Reader on my iPad 1. I have a lot of highlights however, when I open the PDF on another computer (Windows PDF reader) the highlights are gone.
Is there anyway I can save the highlights I've made? Either in the file or in a separate file I can then use on other devices?

Stop using icloud sync on devices you don't want to synchronize. Settings- icloud - contacts, calendars to "OFF".
Once you turn it off on your iphone and wife's iphone, you can delete extras from those without affecting ipad. Downside if something would happen to phones, you d have no icloud synced contacts, that is why extra apple ID would work better.

One way of saving your sms conversations so that you can then delete them from your iPad would be to back up the contents of your iPad using either iTunes or iCloud. See these articles -

You would need to print the file to a new PDF with the appropriate page size.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can't share preview files to an iOS device. There are several other options for pdf's such as Adobe Reader or iBooks.

That's exactly what I meant, but for some reason Home Sharing stopped working on my iPad2 once I activated iTunes Match.
Since then, I waited for iTunes Match to finish setting up and scanning my iTunes library on my MacBook Pro and I restarted my iPad2. Both Home Sharing and iTunes Match are now up and running smoothly!

I sent out a shared review, but not all of the reviewers have acrobat pro, they do have acrobat reader 9 and have made comments on the document, but they do not appear when I open the shared review from the workspace. Can I import his comments so that they are apart of the shared review?

I figured it out, so I will share just in case anyone else has this issue...
The reviewer emailed me his comments on the document. I opened it and made a comment. When I went to publish my comment a dialogue box opended asking if I wanted to publish his comments to the shared review for him. Says yes and the reviewers comments are now published and a part of the shared review.

I tried opening it as administrator or changing the compatibility options, like running it as windows xp, and changing the resolution of the video. it can't build the window and then it crashes. on internet I found a compatibility list of the software where it says please do not use any shared memory for the graphic card. what does it mean? On the iPad open Settings/iCloud and delete the account using the button at the bottom. Once deleted log in using the other account. For iTunes Stores use Settings/iTunes & Apps Stores, tapp on the Apple ID at the top then sign out. Once done sign in using the other account. Once you are happy with the changes plug your iPad into your computer to update the backup.

As you may have noted from the list of Apple devices I own, I believed in the Apple and the products it was producing; but it is hard to believe from my experience and the other voices within the Apple Community that we are all experiencing the same hardware issues. Especially since I recently, I upgraded to an IPhone 4g (no, my faith in IPhone 5 series is very little) and is experiencing the same audio problem as described above. So now, I am off to the Apple store again to be told that it’s a hardware problem on new IPhone. Really? Apple, what happen to the pride in the product you were producing?

Everyone does things a little differently. I love to "jam " along with iTunes ( or old Lp's) . Always have. That's where/how I've learned to play .
I'm sure leonieDF is giving a proper way to jam along on a keyboard with an iTune. He blows my mind all the time with what he knows. Nuff respects to him !
What I do is make a GB project I call "Jam With". I'll make several new tracks that are blank. Just has a few instruments named in the blank tracks. You can change those per song ...
Because I'm not concerned about changing the pitch / key.... of the iTune or the tempo ... I can simply play along with it.
