How can my students upload pages to a common site?

If I create one .Mac account for my class, can my students work on their individual pages and upload them to a common iWeb site without overwriting each other?

A couple more notes:
-each student's contributions will be considered a separate site, with an address of web.mac.com/username/iWeb/studentsitename
keep in mind that "username" is the username of the .mac account.
-your students must be very careful not to give their site the same name as any other student's site.
-the site of the last student to "publish all" will be the site to appear when the short url (web.mac.com/username) is entered in someone's browser.
A couple of suggestions:
-Create a site index page with links to each student's site. Do a "publish all" on a regular basis to keep this page as the one at the short url.
-Ask your students to use the "publish" (from the File Menu) command rather than "publish all." (Note that I think the "publish" button in the iWeb window will publish all, so this button should be avoided)
-you might also consider asking them to create links to all the other student sites, or at least to the site index page.
-make sure that everyone maintains current backups of their own domain.sites file. If the domain file is lost or damaged, they will not be able to edit their sites. They'll be forced to rebuild them from scratch.
Note: I am assuming that each student will be working with their own domain file. If you need more information about why this is advisable (especially in your case) and how to do this, post a new question and/or see Apnewbie's Site Separation help page.. Note that if you plan to work with individual domains from the start, the process is less complicated. In this case what you need are the instructions near the end for creating a "blank" or "empty" domain for future projects.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. If you use a MobileGallery from iPhoto to house your photos and videos you can set it up in the settings so visitors can upload items to the gallery via email.

You can them embed the gallery in an iWeb page like this: MobileMe Galleries and Quicktime Movies.
I've not tried emailing a photo to a gallery so can't comment on how well it works.
For photo pages or album pages in iWeb visitors can add comments and attachments, photos, which other visitors can view. How they are added I don't know. Here's what the iWeb Help says about that:

These comments and attachments are visible to anyone who visits your website. Numbers doesn't have pages. It has a canvas that holds objects such as tables and charts.
Drag the objects from the bottom of the canvas onto the white space above. That will reduce the number of "pages" (sheets of paper) that will print.

That depends on the program, but if it's Preview, go to Page Setup... under the File menu. Select the appropriate paper size there. Then go to File > Print... and do a Preview. If the content does not fit on the page, some printer drivers will have a Scale to Fit setting. If there is none, go back to Page Setup... and manually adjust the Scale until it fits nicely when you do a Preview.

ok, I try first approach in print4.vi, but Labview return an error (view jpg); if I cut From, To controls, the VI print all pages. The same things happen also if I trasform I32 in Variant.

Ah, I see want you mean. This might not be practical for you, but if you select one instance of the highlighted text and add a [space] to the little sticky note, all of the highlighted text on that page will appear in the summary.

There is a program that comes with the printer called the IJ Scan Utility that can assist you with scanning multiple pages into a single file. To scan using the IJ Scan Utility, please follow these steps:
1. Start IJ Scan Utility by going to your Start menu, then selecting All Programs, then Canon Utilities, then IJ Scan Utility (folder), then IJ Scan Utility (program).
2. In the Canon IJ Scan Utility window that opens, click SETTINGS.... in the bottom right of the window. The Settings dialog box appears.
3. Click the DOCUMENT SCAN option on the left pane of the window.
4. In the right pane of the window, locate the SELECT SOURCE field and select the DOCUMENT option.
5. Set the color mode, document size, and scanning resolution as required in the rest of the fields shown in the window. Click DOCUMENT SCAN ORIENTATION SETTINGS... to specify the orientation of the documents to be scanned.
6. In the SAVE SETTINGS section of the window, you will select the save format and location of the document you are about to scan.
a.) In the FILE NAME field, specify the name you would like to give the file. By default the filename will begin with IMG; you can remove IMG and change it to whatever you would like to name the file.
b.) In the DATA FORMAT field, use the drop-down arrow to select the PDF (Multiple Pages) option.
c.) In the SAVE IN field, please navigate to the area where you would like the file to be saved once it is scanned in. By default, the file will be saved in the DOCUMENTS folder.
7. Once all settings have been selected, click the OK button at the bottom of the SETTINGS (DOCUMENT SCAN) window. The IJ Scan Utility main screen appears.
8. Click the DOCUMENT button. Scanning starts. After a page has scanned, the screen to continue or end scanning appears. If you have more pages to scan, place the next page on the platen and click Scan. Do this each time a page has completed scanning. After the last page has been scanned, click Exit. Scanned images are saved in previously selected folder location specified in the SETTINGS... window. Click the CANCEL button to cancel scanning if needed during scanning.

An app changed it to some other search engine, before installing the app, I the tab that would open was the homepage I set.
In my case it is Google, and I want my new tabs to open on Google like they did before the installation.

You can middle-click or Ctrl left-click the Home button on the Navigation toolbar to open the Home page in a new tab.

I think there may be more to this question than you say.
If your PDF page is say, 8 x 12 inches, and you found a way to scale it to 25%, changing it to 2 x 3 inch, shrinking everything on the page to quarter size - wouldn't it look exactly the same on the iPhone? It's just going to be the same as zooming.
Or were you hoping for something more like in Word, where changing the page size keeps everything the same size and spreads it over more pages? That isn't something you can do.

If you open the Pages panel, (Window>Pages) you will see thumbnails of your master pages and your document pages. In new documents, there is usually a master called A-Master and one called None. If you drag the thumbnail of the None master onto the thumbnail of a document page, it will apply that master to that page. Presumably, you have made your page numbers on A-Master, so this will usually do the trick. If you have elements on A-Master that you need on the first page, but just not the page number, you can duplicate A-Master (which, by default will give you B-Master, but you can change the names if you like) and remove the page number on the duplicate and apply that to the document page.
It might also be worth noting that you can apply master pages in the fly-out of the Pages panel. Go to the fly-out triangle and go down to Apply Master to Pages…, then select a master to apply and the range of pages (1-8 will give you all 8, 1, 3, 5, 7 will be the odds, 1-3, 4, 6-8 if you want continuous ranges and individual pages).

You cannot. There will be nothing left. iWeb pages rely a lot on JavaScript.
Use a template from Mail.app. Or create such template. These are simple TABLES and have no JavaScript in it.
Do Cmd-Shift-G in the finder and type :
/Library/Application Support/Apple/Mail/Stationery/Apple/Contents/Resources/
Open one of the folders and open each successive folder until you see files like Picnic.mailstationery.
Right-click to show the package content.
Then navigate thru Contents, Resources until you see the files and images you need.
Edit them to your hearts content.
Double-click the file Picnic.mailstationery and it will open in Mail.app for further processing.

You didn’t indicate whether you are using Pages ’09 v4.+ or the latest Pages v5(.2) release. To send an email with either Word or PDF attachment from within Pages:
Pages ’09 v4+
Pages menubar > Share (category Send via Mail) > (select Word (.doc) or PDF). Mail will launch into a compose window with the document already attached.
Pages v5+
Pages toolbar > Share > Send a Copy > Email > (select Word (.doc/x) or PDF - best). Mail will behave as above.
Note: Either version of Pages is not an MS Word clone and it must translate content into the Microsoft document architecture. If you must have maximum Word document accuracy, you will need Office for Mac 2011, and the associated MS Word application that produces native .docx format.
Backup your work.
