How can one Delete a Template in Pages

Can any one advise me how to delete Templates in Pages on my MacBook Pro?

Not sure why one would want to delete a template?
You can close out the Template Chooser by hitting the red button.
If you go to applications>iWorks>Pages> and control click on the app>this opens PackageContents>>Contents>Resources>Templates
You can delete here. I would not advise it. I would have a back-up of your Pages.app or a system back-up incase something goes awry.

Delete the web page where it is published.
If it is published to MobileMe, then you need to log into MobileMe and go to your iDisk or mount it on your desktop and then delete it from your Web/sites folder.
If you have published to a server, then you'll need to download Cyberduck, Filezilla or Transmit - all dedicated ftp programmes to connect with your host/server and then delete your old files from the server.
It really is not hard.

You can do the following to delete a template:
Delete a custom template from the Template Chooser
Click the Finder icon in the Dock and choose Go > Go to Folder.
To open the Templates folder, enter:~/Library/Application Support/iBooks Author/Templates/My Templates/
Find the custom template and drag it to the Trash.

How can I delete a template I made earlier, which i don't like?

I recently bought an iMac after years of working on PCs with MS Office. I decided to go 100% Apple, big mistake 'cos I find Pages and Numbers really difficult to get to grips with after years of working with excel and word.
I don't find the Help much help either! Sorry to winge but thats how it is! Anyway, can anyone help with deleting a template i created and no longer want?

Your profile lists your OS as 10.6.6. If you've updated, you should change that listing.
To delete a custom template, switch to Finder.app where all deletion of files happens, and hold down the Command key while you click on the Go menu. Select Library.
In the Library folder, navigate to:
Application Support
IWork
Pages
Templates
My Templates
Select the template you wish to delete and drag it to the Trash or Control-Click and select "Move to trash".

It would be really useful if we could do this in a near future, because we can save a folder as a new folder and then delete the group of pages we do nor need.

At current stage we cannot group pages and delete at once , you have to manually do it.

How can I delete a template

The envelope templates provided generate a "media not loaded correctly". I made my own that works, but in the process I made and saved one that also generates the "media not loaded correctly" error. I would like to get rid of that one (or at least re-title it). I can't see how to do that.

Hi how do you delete a template from pages,also if you have more than one page and you only want one how do you delete the other page.

You have to navigate to the My Templates folder in the Application Support folder in your System Library which is hidden by default in OSX 10.7.5. Hold down the option key when you click on the Go menu in Finder and all will be revealed.
A page only exists because it has content on it, even if that is an invisible like a space, tab, return or page break. Click on the page you want to clear and delete the content.
Menu > View > Show Layout/Invisibles
to see what is there.

I made use of some computer to managed my apple account but later I sold this computer; then I bought another computer and I autorized this one but I didn't know I must delete the computer I made use before. Now I want to delete it but in the apple account page only let me to "desautorizar todo" I supose it means every computer,so how can I delete just one of them?

You can only delete individual computers if you have access to them. When you five authorizations in total you can choose to deauthorize all, then reauthorize the ones you want to use. You then can't repeat that process for a year. In short there is nothing you can do until you have five authorisations. Change your password just in case you left yourself signed in on the old one with no confirmation for purchases.
