while in the middle of texting with a friend the bubble turned from blue to green and wouldnt go thru since I dont have regular texting on my phone...all my other Iphone friends and family still are working. Just this one person has been locked out. Who or what do I do?HELP!

There have been iMessage problems for about 2 days that are not impacting everyone. I'm pretty sure it's not your phone, but the service issue that is impacting you.
Try again soon and it should start working again. There are lots of complaints about it again today.

She can choose to either enable the setting on her iPod to Manually manage music and videos. With setting enabled she can sync content to her iPod from multiple computers without it affecting whats already stored her iPod. According to the terms of sale, you have to be in your country of residence in order to make a purchase. I've heard of people able to make purchases outside their country and also of people being unable to do so. It appears that Apple's enforcement is not 100%.
In order to buy from the U.S. iTunes Store, you would need to have a valid billing address in the U.S., a credit card billed to that address or an iTunes Gift card purchased in the U.S. and be physically present in the U.S. at the time of purchase.
International copyright law is currently very inconvenient for the consumer.

The only way photos are stored in icloud is in a backup from an ios device. This assumes that icloud backup was turned on and that camera roll was turned on. Note that photo stream is a slightly different service that is used to sync photos from one device to another, it's not really a storage service.

Note that many users have had problems getting their photos back from a backup - for one reason or another. Remember, the suggested way of storing photos is to sync them to a computer or service like Dropbox.

Did you hold the Command (Apple) key while dragging them off the sidebar? That usually makes them go *poof*.
