You would know for a fact if the device is in use, but if you go back to the find my iPhone app in iCloud.com, you can either select to erase it, or place it in lost mode, in which case, once the device makes a connection to the internet, it will automatically go into that mode.

iOS devices do not have the Bluetooth profile for file transfer. Even if the other device is a an iOS device, you can't transfer files over BT. You can use Airdrop between iOS devices. However, even though Airdrop uses BT to locate other devices, the actual transfer is done over WiFi. There are some apps in the App Store that, if loaded on both iOS devices will allow limited file transfer over BT between the devices.

If i delete the account all the information we are trying to transfer will be lost. Any idea how to retrieve the password?

You transfer data to a new phone by backing up the old one, then restoring the backup to the new one (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2109).
Also, deleting the account only deletes it from the phone, not from iCloud. But if you're running iOS 7 with Find My iPhone turned on you'll need the password in order to delte the account.
If you need to reset the password, contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password.

In our project,When the user need to fill some data into the textfield in a panel,he can simplify this action by click a button,when the button is clicked,then a dialog which contains a table of all the imformation of all customers will show,then the user can select one customer's information from the table,after click a button such as "OK",the selected information will show in corresponding textfiled in another panel.Because the dialog and the panel are two
different object,so how can I transfer the data selected from the dialog to the panel and show the updated information timely??

Now I am home and want to put my AUS sim in (where I am under postpaid contract) but my iPhone is not recognising it, with an error message of 'Invalid Sim'. My service provider cannot help as the product was sourced from Apple originally and not them. Can someone let me know how this can be fixed?

Okay, so if you purchased your iPhone from an Apple store in the UK then it is fully unlocked. Apple in the UK sell fully and officially unlocked iPhones, so you should not have a problem with inserting any sim card into your phone. The phone will be unlocked as long as you purchased the phone in the UK for the full purchase price and not as sim free rather than unlocked.
Have a word with your provider, as there could possibly be a problem with your sim card. Get a new sim card and try that. There is no reason why this should not work on an unlocked iPhone.

Use the backup you have of the old computer and restore that data to the new computer. Also and backups that you have made of your iTunes library (it has a method to back it up as well) can be copied back over to the new computer. If you attempt to sync the phone to the new computer without the data, it will delete that data from the phone. The iPhone is not designed as a storage/backup device and as such will not sync music from itself to a new computer.
If by chance you had not been backing up the computer and/or iTunes, you can google for some third party software, such as Touchcopy that will do some of what you are asking.

It will not work with an egyptian SIM unless it is first unlocked first by Vodafone UK. Only Vodafone UK can unlock your phone. Contact them.
