i have recent bookmarks and addons on my mozilla browser
when i try to sync with my account i get back all the old staff which i do not need
please tell me how can I update my account with ONLY my current desktop setting

You would have to remove the profile with the old settings. If it is on another device you will have to set up sync with a new profile and with the current profile on the device you set it up. [[Use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles]]

HI, if I did this, then I believe that I cloud would then hold my info which I don't want. Is that the case? The reason is that I'm an old git, therefore used to not giving out info. Would I be right?

I am not sure what you mean by this, can you please explain in more detail? You cannot erase accounts that already have transactions posted to it.

How can I create sync account, without sync option?

I am currently in IE, but running firefox 25.
I like to sync my firefox data.
However, the problem is, that I am blind, and cannot create sync account, do the captcha.
I am running addon web visum, which is solving captchas for me, however, on creating sync account, it wont work, because this window is not standard webpage interface.
The solution will be, if I can create sync account via web interface, by visiting some page, for example, accounts.mozzilla.org/signup
I also tried audio captcha, but its sooo bad quality, and I cannot understand...
I hope that someone will help.

hello agasoft, I'm sorry that the signup process makes it so difficult - as far as I know it's only possible to open a sync account from within the program though.
if you want to, I could also assist you in setting up the account - it would work something like this:
# I contact you per personal message and ask for your email-address.
# I set up an account and send you the password and the recovery key for the account.
# you can then login at the website https://account.services.mozilla.com/ and change the password for your account.
# you can connect your firefox to the existing sync account by going to ''firefox > options > sync > set-up sync > I have an account > I don't have the device with me''. there you'll have to fill in the account's credentials (mail-address, password & recovery key).
# finally if the account is set-up, you can then go to ''firefox > options > sync > manage my account > my recovery key''. in this window please choose to generate a new recovery key. please also save the new recovery key in a secure place in case you'd need it sometime in the future...

Yes, you can. Hotmail doesn't support imap but it supports pop and smtp.
Use pop3.live.com for the pop server and smtp.live.com for the smtp server. (Those are from memory so you might check on the hotmail web site). But like I said-hotmail won't support imap like gmail does so you won't get the download of your folders. The easiest solution is to get a gmail account, forward your hotmail to it and set that gmail account up as imap. Sounds easy if you say it fast and I'm assuming you know a reasonable amount about setting up email.

You can't. Apps and really all content purchased/downloaded through one Apple ID is forever tied to that Apple ID. In the case of Apps they will always request that Apple ID to update as they are licensed to that Apple ID.
In reality, the Apps were licensed to that Apple ID by the developer. And cannot simply be given away to you for you to use.
He should have wiped the iPod clean so you could set it up for your use without any of his accounts or purchased content as you are not really licensed to any of those Apps.

You need OSX 10.7.2 or higher in order to access icloud. The mobile me account is now defunct (it closed down more than a year ago).

What you need to do is temporarily set up your new 4. Just long enough to update the operating system. Then you can erase all content and settings - which puts it back to its out of box state, then set it up again, this time restoring it from the backup of your two.
So, using the same Apple ID on both - just to keep things easy - set up your 4. Just basically choose 'set up as new' to activate it, then immediately update the iOS to 7.1.2.

Try tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your devices (Settings > Store if they aren't on iOS 6+) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on them.

I recently changed my apple id and password and I would like to know how to update my icloud account to reflect the new id. I realize I can delete the old one and set up a new one, but the message that comes up tells me that all my backed up data will be deleted, would this delete the data and photos that are currently on my iPad? Also, would I have to change my icloud email address?

First, there are apple IDs and their associated passwords. You get the ID when creating a new icloud account. You can also create an ID when setting up an iTunes store account. You can have an icloud account and an iTunes account each using the same ID or different IDs.
So the question is, the ID that you changed... what process did you use to change it and to which account was that ID associated with?
But.. to address your problem (you have one "old" ID for icloud that you have been using and now want to use a new ID - hence a new account), you must move your data from one account to another...
When connected to the account you want to GET data from, Go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off.
When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone.
After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account.
Note that this only affects the "Apple data" like contacts, calendars, reminders, etc. Many third party apps also use iCloud to store data files there. These files may be lost in the process, unless the apps also keep the data locally on the device.
NOTE: Photos in the photo stream (if you use it) will not transfer to the new account. It is advised that you save the photos to a computer before performing the account switch.

Notes are associated with an IMAP email account or iCloud account. To sync Notes, enable Notes for each account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars or Settings > iCloud.
You can stop syncing notes by tapping Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars or Settings > iCloud, tapping the email address that you added, and switching Notes to the off position.
Additionally, if your husband has backed up his iPhone to iTunes or iCloud, the steps in this article can help with recovering the lost notes from his device:

The only option is to wipe the device clean and restore it to factory settings. Hope you have a backup.
Follow the instructions in iOS: How to back up your data and set up your device as a new device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137 to restore the device to factory settings.
Once you have setup the device as a new one, you can then sync it back with your iTunes account and all your music, apps, contacts and any other content sync'ed with iTunes will be loaded on the device. Any content that is stored only on the device and not sync'ed with iTunes, like app logins or data, will be lost during this process. Be forewarned that this is a long process and can take a couple of hours or more to complete. This can be painful, but it is necessarily so to prevent users from working around the security settings. After the restore is complete, you can setup a new Restrictions passcode. Make a note of the passcode to avoid this situation in future.
