How can we manually deploy Local DC's

Hi All,
I'm using NW04s, EP 7.0 SP 12, NWDS 7.0.11, no NWDI.
I have a slight problem. I am developing Local Web Dynpro DC's on my client machine. The basis team do not want to give me the SDM password so that I can deploy my apps due to security reasons. With normal Web Dynpro portal apps I was able to email the .ear file to them and they would just manually deploy it thru SDM. But with Local DC's it doesn't seem to be the same (there is no .ear file). What can I do to deploy these to the WAS? ie, what can I give to the Basis Team in order to make this possible? Are there any other suitable workarounds?

Hi Marshall,
The Local DC project will also contains the .ear file.
Please search in the below location.
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\.dtc\LocalDevelopment\DCs\sap.com\<project name>\_comp\gen\default\deploy
".dtc\LocalDevelopment\DCs\sap.com\<project name>\_comp\gen\default\deploy"
becomes the exact location.

hello there thank u so much for ur reply!! ok i uninstalled mackeeper now and the put back option is still in grey im so confused...i tried restarting my computer like u said and put back still in grey??!! the files that are in my trash are everything from Accounts,address book plug-ins,address book,adobe,aim.........then stuff like apple,Audio,....to caches color pickers,colors,com.apple.TCC,to DVD player to facebook,google to ilifemedia browser to itunes to keychains to movie effects,preferences printers to skype...my Native instruments files BUT not all of them my garage band but not all of it...it seriously looks like my whole library is in the trash i tried to put things back where i THINK they belong and it just added the item or folder under where i thought it went and didnt restore functionality to for instance google chrome and all my book marks are there....they seem to be only certain things from my library that would have added some functionality to apps and programmes like my garageband is missing stuff photobooth wont work so on.......kinda looks a bit like this thats only the half of it!! How can I manually transfer album artwork from my library to my iPod

I downloaded album artwork to the songs in my library, and now I want to get the artwork onto the songs on my iPod classic. Problem is, I manually manage the songs on my ipod, instead of auto-syncing.... so when I hit the "sync" button in the latest version of iTunes (11.1.1.11), nothing happens. There also isn't a "show album artwork on iPod" button anymore. I'm afraid to change my settings from manual to automatic syncing, because I have lots of playlists on my iPod that aren't in my library, and I don't know if these playlists will be removed during the auto-sync. So how can I manually get the album artwork onto my iPod?

You can only backup iOS devices.
Sadly the old trick of removing all artwork and then adding it all back again no longer works. You may get some joy if you removed the specific album, then add it back again, butgenerally once things go wrong with artwork on a classic the only option is to restore it. Not a problem if all the media is in your library and you sync with a small number of selected playlists. If you don't have all the media see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

You don't. Delete 'stuff' you don't need or buy a phone with more storage. you can not increase or upgrade the internal storage in the iPhone.

Just got automatically installed the latest 6.22 version of skype few minutes ago and I got a few questions.
First and foremost, how can I MANUALLY change the height of the textbox, where I type the messages. I would like to make it larger, like in the previous versions of skype. I don't want to move my mouse cursor through the entire monitor to reach this tiny textbox.
And second, why you guys are trying constanly to ruin something that is working perfectly ? Going to revert to the previous version until you fix all these nuisances.

There is no way to do this, it is designed to be strictly landscape with keyboard, portrait without - not the best thought-out phone on the market, mainly geared towards compulsive texters and e-mailers.
There's no way to know whetherNokia will change this with any future updates, perhaps you should make the recommendation to them directly using the 'contact us' link.

My iMatch is turned on and I can direct downlad my music to the iPhone from the Cloud; however, I want to direct import All of my music from iTunes to my iPhone 5 via the connecting USB cable and it is not working. Yes, I have tried restarting both devices, and no autosync is not working nor is is it providing the avaialbile option to select music in iTunes on my Mac to then sync. Please help. Thanks

Please disregard. I figured it out. Answer for anyone else running into this problem: You have to turn off iTunes Match on both devices. Apparently, if you activate iTunes Match it deactivates your abiltiy to direct sync.

There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto: You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.
(Note the above illustration is not a Finder Window. It's the dialogue you get when you go File -> Open)
You can access the Library from the New Message Window in Mail:
There's a similar option in Outlook and many, many other apps. If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
If you want to access the files with iPhoto not running:
For users of 10.6 and later: You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu.
Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.
For Users of 10.4 and 10.5 Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser
Other options include:
Drag and Drop: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
File -> Export: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
Show File: a. On iPhoto 09 and earlier: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected. 3.b.
b: On iPhoto 11 and later: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Reveal in Finder -> Original. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.

You can set those dates in the DAC system parameters tab. You should see lots of $$xxxxxx parameters.

Most corporations nowadays are moving towards responsive designs with a mobile first approach. This tends to be the most efficient and compatible since there is no need for javascript or other scripts to redirect users.
The following is a simple example for phones and desktops only, and most examples I was finding were that way due to their publishing date.

You might try tweaking your global privacy settings. I suspect it's set to "always ask."
Go to this page -- http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager02.htm l -- which contains the settings panel for Flash Player, and click on the various "deny" buttons to disable this. (It's a good idea to click on all the tabs to check the settings.)

There's a materialized view created in 2006 as under:
CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW "schema"."mv_name"
USING INDEX
REFRESH FAST ON DEMAND
WITH PRIMARY KEY USING DEFAULT LOCAL ROLLBACK SEGMENT
DISABLE QUERY REWRITE AS SELECT * FROM "table_name@dblink;
The problem is that the last refresh was done in Aug. I want to manually refresh this materialized view right now as there is a procedure based on this MV and its not showing the right data as the above materialized view has not been refreshed, so the data for this month is not showing.
Please let me know how I can refresh that MV right now.
Also do I need to change the refresh option. How can I change it so that the MV refreshes itself every second.
