Usage statistics provide application usage information for administrators of SAP Cloud for Customer. The goal of usage statistics is to provide insights on system usage to improve usability, performance, and management of the system.
The following key statistics are currently provided:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Key performance indicators include 1) the percentage of users logged in to the system in a given time range, 2) the average number of users in a given time range, 3) the number of active users i.e. the cumulative number of unique users in a given time range, 4) the number of inactive users in a given time range, and 5) highlights of system usage, such as any notable high or low user count or any notable increase or decrease in user count.
Usage by DateThe Usage by Date line chart indicates the number users logged in to the system over a selected time range. The x-axis on the chart represents the dates selected, and the y-axis represents the number of active users.
Usage by Client Type/Device TypeThe Usage by Client Type/Device Type stacked bar chart shows the number of logged-in activities by Client Type and Device Type. For each client, the related device type is indicated. A heat map will be shown when the selection “Both” is chosen from Group By .Client types include:

I have two iphones associated with my apple ID. One for me and one for my son. He is with his mother half the time so to be physically next to the phone is not possible at the moment.
I noticed on my phone that I got two apps that he downloaded. However, I downloaded an app that I don't think he should have. I saw in my Settings > itunes & App Stores that Automatic Downloads for Music and Apps were both set to ON. I don't use the iCloud. Is there a chance that my son has this app on his iphone now?
If this matters - I am on iOS 6.0.2, iphone 5 - he is on iOS 5.1.1, iphone 4s

It's basically ment for iMessage and FaceTime. I might be wrong but this can only be done between two Apple products that allow this function. You won't receive an email if I sent you an iMessage to a secondary email you use for iMessages. You would only receive a text message. Now if someone using a PC sent an email to the secondary email you use you will receive an email not a text message. The secondary email is used basically if you do not have a data plan and you're connected to wifi you can still send iMessages using those emails you provided.

Do you have any iOS device? It has your Photo Stream files. Apple TV? Same answer.
A PC with the iCloud control panel? You can sign in and view your Photo Stream.
Another Mac with 10.7.2, or higher? It can sign into iCloud.

As of now, the BB10 does not allow any apps to run in the background unless they are baked in the OS or in the active frames. So if an app is not in a active frame, no app is running in the background. try maximizing your battery by switching to wif whenever you have a wifi network.

I tried to buy an app on my iPhone. It says I am accessing the App Store on a "new device." This phone is pretty old (iphone 4) and I've downloaded tons of apps on it so this is making me a little nervous. If I haven't paid for any apps before, would this make it show up as a "new device" in the app store?

It should be OK to do that, but I'm puzzled as to why it is asking you to. You haven't erased it, or changed computers?
Try this: On the phone, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores. Is the Apple ID the same as the one you viewed on your computer?

How can i see which apps in my ipad consume more battery power

I noticed lately the power consumption on my ipad 3 has gone considerably up. A full charge lasts me about 8 hrs and to chrge it upm(through the mains), it takes 4hrs +. I downloaded many apps lately and suspect one of them may be power hungry.Is there a good App that allows me to establish which app(s) eat up the power on my Ipad 3 & equally allow me to terminate unnecessary processes?

All apps purchased in iTunes are in your iCloud account. On your iOS devise, open the app store and go to updates. That the top of that screen you will see "Purchased", click on it to see all apps you have purchased. Hope that helps.

Very few apps run in the background - mainly music playing apps and GPS apps. Double-clicking the Home button gives you a list of previously used apps, not (as so many people believe) "running" apps. You can delete the apps from the list if you wish, but it will make no difference to energy usage (unless they actually are running, as in the categories above. You should know if you are using GPS or if you can hear music).

How Can I update my app new version to the registered devices

Well, we have developed an in-house app using the Unity3d Game Engine. I'm using a Developer Enterprise account, and have already created the proper certificates, registered the devices (7 ipads) and generated the provisioning Profile. I have already clicked in the 'build an run', and the Unity Engine builds the app, that after is opened at the Xcode. I havel already fixed the bugs, and the app is working properly at the ipads.
The problem is, I will need to Update the app, and I need to Update them without have to get them and build them at my own Mac, since they do not stay with me. I've been strugling with that for a while. I have downloaded the provisioning profile and sent by e-mail to one of the ipads, the one I'm using to test, and instaled it, but the version of my app have not been updated.
I checked on my app icloud capabilities. The page about the Update of in-house apps is not very clear(http://help.apple.com/iosdeployment-apps/mac/1.1/#app43ad802c), and I'm new in the development for IOS.
How can update my app at this Ipads? Is there any step-by-step to follow, more eplanatory that the link above?

I didn't explained it correctly, I mean without getting the ipads, not the source code. I mean, at every time I need to launch a new version of the app, how can I update it through the internet, because I have installed my app running it at the ipads with the xcode, by usb. I'm using the enterprise program, so, as far as I know, the update is not through apple store.
The ipads are in use, and I'd like to update them without have to get them to install it myself. Hope I have explained it better this time. Thank you for your help.

I am Daniel and a complete newbee regarding VoIP and the SPA5xx phones in particular. I hope that one of the pros here can help me out...
My problem is that I cannot see if a caller is calling for number A or number B.
I have the following setup:
- Multiple sipgate accounts (one for company A and one for B) and tehreby 2 different numbers, too
- one Cisco SPA504G
I registered both accounts on the phone. I use Ext. 1 & 2 with Sipgate account A and Ext. 3 & 4 with Sipgate account B. I can call out using either account of A or B and caller ID is used from the respective account. So that works fine.
What I cannot make work is that I see if the caller is calling the number of account A or B. It always shows me on the phone that the user is calling for account A (also if the caller has dailed the number of account B).
Do you know how I could make that work?

Do you have line key 1 and 2 mapped to ext 1 which is account A? Line key 3 and 4 mapped to ext 3 which is account B?
That would allow you to see calls to ext 1, flashing the line key 1 and 2 while calls to ext 3 would flash line key 3 and 4.
