How can we transfer music from two iPods onto one new one
My partner an I have two iPod classics and an iPod touch, can we transfer and edit the content in store when the new nano arrives as we have no access to a PC?
iPods (that are not iPod touch) need to sync with a computer (Mac or Windows PC) running iTunes. There is no way to transfer content directly between iPods, or using an iOS device (like your iPod touch).

load the current version of I tunes on the laptop and sync the pod. Then sync the phone - you can select all or as much of the music you want to.
Also - if the music on the pod was purchased from the itune store in the first place, you should be able to redownload it to the phone for free, as long as you are using the same apple id that it was bought with. -

The easiest way is to simply restore your music from your backup drive. -

If you do not have a back up of the crashed hard drive you can download an app to copy from the iPhone to iTunes on the new hard drive.
