How can You create a rescue email if you already have an Apple ID/account?

I didn't think about it, thought I didn't need it, but now I know. I forgot my security answers, and I keep getting locked. I need a way to create a rescue account if I already have an Apple ID/account. I won't click on any links unless it directs me to the exact location on creating a rescue email while you already have an Apple ID/account. I went through enough threads, links and everything, I've tried every single way to answer, but still keep getting locked out. Please help me, I need it.

There is no way to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. You need to ask Apple to reset them; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

If you remember your answers to your security questions then follow the steps on the HT5312 page that you posted from :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

Once you have created a rescue address, you cannot delete it, nor can you change it to the same address as used by your ID. There are numerous providers you can get additional email addresses from, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Google etc etc.

If all you want is an additional email address you can create up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account.
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account, move it to another account, or reactivate it if you delete it.

I've had my IPad for about 2 years now and I have bought a lot of apps since but all of a sudden it asks me to answer my security questions whenever i try to buy an app! I click the link to the apple Id page and it says resend security information to my email. apparently the end of my email ends with yahoo.com and whenever I log on to that it's yahoo.ca and I cannot find the email with the instructions to change my security questions!! So please me as this has never occurred before! How do you change your rescue email if you have forgotten your security questions? And can you somehow purchase apps without answering your security questions because I just put 25 dollars onto my apple id and I don't want it to go to waste! Please help me!
