How can you edit a form that you've already created?

I'm not referring to the form fields. I mean if you have a typo for example in the docuyment you created from InDesign and now you need to go back and correct it. How can you do that and maintain all the fields you've already created?
If you're not able to do this, that would be a huge flaw in the workflow.

Oh my gosh. That is so simple. I'm embarrassed that I even asked the question.
Thanks very much!!
No need to be embarrassed. That gets a lot of people. Most assume (and I did too at one point) that replace pages does that, replaces the page and everything on it.

    Geotagging - how can I edit new places that I have previously created but with typos, errors etc?  How do I delete a place I have set up?  Then I could create a new, correct entry.  I'm using iPhoto '09.

    Is it OK to reply to my own question?? Thanks to the related posts that appeared AFTER I'd made the post above, I learnt about the 'Manage my places' item under the Windows menu. I felt a bit dumb not knowing this.
    BUT it doesn't completely resolve the issue.  The info shown in the EXIF (using opt-cmd-I) under Places has the place name I choose, but it is followed by a few other lines that are incorrect and do not seem to be anything to do with any data I can see under 'Manage my places'.
    Can anyone explain where these other entries might come from, and how to edit them?

  • How can I edit a form that has "Extend Features in Adobe Reader"?

    I created a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 and added Extend Features in Adobe Reader. I need to edit the form, but "Save a Copy" isn't removing the "Extend Features...". I get an error message that I can't edit the form & to "save a copy" in order to edit. What can I do?

    When I saw the responses, I pulled out an old version and started over. I already deleted the one that wouldn't revert from extended functions and the copy I created to edit it based on removing extended functions with "save a copy". Thanks anyway. I'd love to know why it wouldn't remove extended functions.

  • Can you have a form that you create in forms central a routable form?

    Can you have a form that you create in forms central a routable form?

    Hi;
    There isn't anything specifically to route a form in FormsCentral but I have proposed to a few users they could take advantage of the new "Save Web Form" feature and by instructing users in the form how to route it would be able to accomplish a routing "work flow": http://forums.adobe.com/message/5917475#5917475

  • How can I turn a form that is open on my browser into a PDF doc if I cannot save it onto my computer

    How can I turn a form that is on my Safari browser into a PDF if I cannot save the form onto my computer?

    Acrobat XI Pro has a "create PDF from a web page" feature. If you have Acrobat XI Pro installed perhaps you can "capture" the web form as a PDF. If so then this PDF can (of course) be saved to the local machine's HDD.
    Be well...

    Hi jwt32068,
    In order to help you.
    Please let me know which application/Service of Adobe you are using.
    You may be able to do that depends on quality of scanned document using Acrobat Pro.

  • How can I recovered a form that I delete by mistake?

    I nee someone help, How can I recovered a form that I create and later on I deleted by mistake? Thank you in advance for your prompt answer

    Hi;
    I am sorry to say that there isn't any method to recover a deleted form.  There is a confirmation dialog saying that this is a permanent deletion to ensure that is what you want to do, once you've confirmed the form is really deleted and not recoverable.
    Thanks,
    Josh

  • How can I edit this number that I have not in my ordinary contact list, before redial?

    Whats up, fellows?
    I want to redial for a last number that called me, however I need to increase numbers (as country code, carrier code or something like that) on this number, how can I edit this number that I have not in my ordinary contact list, before redial?
    Tks,

    That is discouraging.  However I do notice that if I view my podcasts in My Podcasts mode they are grouped and sorted better than in Unplayed mode and the ones in the cloud are not shown. However although I prefer the one window view of List mode to the two windows My Podcast mode, My Podcast mode does at least indicate how many unplayed episodes I have from each podcast.  This would almost be acceptable except that partially listened to podcasts, while still there, can only be identified by highlighting the podcast title on the lefthand sidebar, (although the number of completely unplayed episodes are listed on the left hand sidebar).  As someone who often listens to a podcast over two or more days I fear I could forget which ones I have only partially listened to and would have to go down the entire left hand sidebar list highlighting each podcast to remind myself.  I really find the List mode the most informative and easiest way to view my podcasts and really wish Apple had not messed with it

    You should always have a backup copy.  Use your backup copy to put everything back.
    If you are in the U.S., then you can use the newly released beta version of the cloud to get your music.  open itunes, go to the itunes store, look under Quick Links, click Purchased

  • Urgent (sort-of) How do you edit the form of typefaces/fonts or create your own ??

    Hey im very new to illustrator- but i really need to do this project.  I am unable to learn the basics because of time.
    This is what i want to do: (please help im clueless at the mo)
    Basically i want to edit the forms of a  san serif type ( or make my own (if it is easy)) .
    I want to edit type because im making an animation where the font letters are morphing in to other letters.
    ei - A into B into C ect .
    i can draw this - the problem is that im gonna have to 100s if i want a smooth animation and i would of thought using illustrator would be alot quicker and  i can use more frames.
    how would i go about this ?
    Also what size do you reccomend .

    zosspro,
    You may have a look at blends.
    If you wish to have a number of steps from one shape to another (outlined Type or whatever), you may:
    1) Place the start shape to the left and the end shape to the right (with the centres at the same Y value) with a suitable distance so yo can see what you are doing;
    2) Object>Blend>Blend Options, set Spacing to Specified Steps with the number of inbetween shapes, set Orientation to Align to Page or Path as desired, if relevant;
    3) Select both shapes form 1) and Object>Blend>Make.
    You can now see all the intermnediate shapes. You can Undo and make changes, and you can Object>Blend>Expand if you wish to have all the steps as independent objects (you may Ungroup them).
    You can also make a blend between three or more objects to start with, with the same distances and number of steps between the original shapes, and you can combine (the objects from) blends.

  • How can I share a form that I filled out without the recipient being able to edit it?

    I've created a fillable form to use as a grading rubric.  I want to be able to share the completed form with students, but it's imperative that they not be able to change anything.  Once the form is filled out, how can I save it as a regular pdf, not a form?

    You don't want to use Preflight to flatten form fields since it is buggy for this. Instead use JavaScript (flattenPages method), or use this free JavaScript based tool: UVSAR : Selective Flattener tool for Adobe Acrobat 8, 9 and X
    Overprint flattening isn't relevant to this.

  • How do I edit a form that I did not completely fillout

    I have the form create and I was filling it out. I did not complete filling it out and it is in the dashboard and I have not saved as a pdf..how do I retrieve it so I can continue to fill out

    Hi tygtalconsulting,
    Did you create the form, or was it sent to you? Are you filling it out in FormsCentral or Adobe Reader? If you're filling out a form in FormsCentral, and closed the browser before submitting, then you'll have to refill the form. If you're using Reader, it would have to be saved as a Reader Enabled PDF file for you to save the data that you've entered.
    Can you please tell me more about your form?
    Best,
    Sara

  • How can I edit a website that someone else did with iWeb?

    A friend of mine she has a website that her ex-husband did with iWeb. Now she wants me to edit it. How can I do this in iWeb?

    The file needed is titled domain.sites and would be located in the Users/Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder on the ex-husband's computer.  If that file can be obtained you can edit and continue to manage the site.
    Otherwise you'll have to start over from scratch. Chapter 2.3 on the iWeb FAQ.org site has tips on using some of the existing files, image, audio, video, etc., from the published site in the creation of the new site.
