As I said, and Varjak said, if it is setup in iCloud, login to iCloud from your comptuier or other device, click on Find My and find the entry for the iPod, and if it is turned on and connected to the internet it will show up.

Hey Victorica Correa, With "Tech", no. Have you tried going to the trolley company and seeing if there is a lost and found, someone may have turned it in, or checked with the police? BUT... Seeing that you lost this iPod in November I wouldn't expect much, the trail is very cold at this point. Did you report this iPod as lost or stolen and have you disconnected from this iPod? If not, you should to protect you information and accounts. You could still disable this with the cloud, That way if someone attempts to power it up and use, it will wipe the iPod. Otherwise change all account and passwords associated with this iPod to limit a thief from accessing and using your information. Good luck. Cheers.

Someone took my iPod touch and i can't find it anywhere in my house, I suspect my brother took it and sold it to his friend but he wont fees up and is a chronic liar, I don't think I had find my iPhone set up on it since me.com wont work for me, and if i did he must have restored it in order to use it. At the very least I was hoping you could give me the last IP address that it was synced/restored/connected to to see if its been used since I last used it on my own wifi/computer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, but Apple cannot help you with this one. All of us here are only end users like yourself anyways. You'll have to look for it like any other lost device. You could/should report the indicent to the police and/or talk to parents about the situation.
