I have a good connecion to my wifi and computer to itunes but evertime i download an app it will strt then say verifacation required? Ive verified it before but it still wont let me download help!

Is your iPod jailbroken? If so, that could be causing the problem. It shouldn't, but it could.
Also, you can download free applications for your iPod Touch from the iTunes Store on your computer, or from the App Store on your iPod Touch.

First see if placing the iPod in Recovery Mode will allow a restore.
Next try DFU mode and restore.

Some apps crash. If they do, try this, in order.
1. Double click your home button and put your finger on any app and hold for a second. Then delete that app. You're not deleting the app from your phone, so don't worry. Then try opening the app again.
2. If that doesn't work, hold your sleep+home buttons for 10 seconds and don't let go. Ignore the power off message. Then try again.
3. If that doesn't work, delete the app and re-download it. (This will work most of the time)
4. If that doesn't work, download the app on iTunes on your computer and sync it from there.
5. If that doesn't work, wait for an update by the developers.

1. Because there is not 6.2 (there is a 6.0.2)
2. 6.0.2 is only form specific hardware, such as the iPhone 5. It is not needed for the 4th Generation iPod Touch.
