Are you trying to send by Gmail? Gmail will not accept Numbers 3 documents as attachments. There is some incompatibility in the format.
Have you considered sharing a link via iCloud?
The recipient can either view online in a browser or download the document via the Tools menu:

Can't send pictures via email

Hi everyone,
Recently (within the last week or 2), I have been unable to send pictures via email. I've tried both the stock email app and yahoo mail. It is very disheartening. I've even uninstalled my yahoo app and reinstalled it, and it still does not work. I've shut down the phone and have done everything just shy of a hard reset (which is what I'm trying NOT to do). Anybody else having this issue or can a VZW rep help me to rectify this? I've only had the phone since December and love it. I haven't dropped it and there is no water damage.

I am having this issue with trying to send pictures from my email applications in my phone. I use Yahoo, but not the Yahoo app. I also tried to use my work email to attach the picture to and send. In both instances, Yahoo and work email, I get a "Failure " message in my outbox of the email application when I look to see if the photo sent. I have received pictures via text before, no problem. I also tried turning of bluetooth, even though where I am currently located there is no wifi/bluetooth to connect to.

How come I can't block numbers anymore?

Hi I currently do not have any numbers blocked on my device but upon going to the my verizon account settings and looking for the blocked feature I noticed the options have been changed with the new site redesign. I no longer have the option to block a number on my phone. I contacted my dad who is the account owner for all our accounts but he assured me there has been no blocks or changes made to my phone or account so therefore I should be able to block a number like I always have been.
I have this one person sending me harassing phone calls and I need to stop it before it gets out of hand. If I click on my verizon I look to the left and click on the menu item that says "block calls and messages" and upon clicking that I click on "manage family and safeguard controls" and then scroll down the page to the option that says "call and message blocking." It shows that the item is free to install so when I click on apply it simply redirects me to the page that has the feature for "manage family and safeguard controls."
Basically I am confused and lost. I used to be able to block up to 5 numbers free of charge at one time and now idk if this the new site doing this but it is not showing me a list where I can insert a number and I have no clue what I am doing wrong.

The option is still there, but for some reason the feature fell off some phones when the site was redesigned. At least that's how it was explained to me when the same thing happened a month or so ago. I talked with a Customer Service rep who put the feature back on the phone line, then I was able to block numbers via MyVerizon again.

Can't send ibook via email

I am trying to send an ibook via email. I get a warning stating that the file is 12 meg. I proceed and get a chime sound but nothing else happens. My mac email app is working okay.
Any ideas Cheers

The file size is 10 meg. We are on Virgin media and attachment limit is 20 meg.
What happens when you send via email ?
Does the email app fire up ?
Do you see the email in the sent items.
Like I said in the first post I just get the 'warning' sound and nothing happens.

I can't send pictures via email

Im having difficulty sending my photos via email. I have checked my preferences and it appears that my email account (yahoo) is properly set up but my photos are not going through.

Also to add the picture email doesnt appear in my sent items

I used a smart group in Address Book to send a BCC email to using "Mail". I get a error message that says the recipients are not valid, but I know their addresses are. Im assuming that the # of recipients in the BCC field are too big. What is the capacity I can send?

Apple Mail probably has no limit, but in addition to any limits that may be set by your service provider, emails with very long lists of addresses (like hundreds or thousands) may be filtered as potential spam by some of your recipients' mail servers. If you are concerned about the number of recipients you can use a mailing list service like Constant Contact or Campaign Monitor that can help format emails so that they avoid tripping spam filters.
But if you are getting an error message about validity, it is probably not about a numerical limit. It is more likely to mean that one or more of the addresses is not formatted correctly, like a letter or symbol is mistyped in a contact record in Address Book.

Please expand on your problem description..."it won't sent" just leaves too much room for guesswork to be useful. If you would describe exactly the steps you take and exactly the result of each step, that would help a great deal. Describe what you see on your screen as well, when you actually send the item. If there are any error messages, the complete and accurate text of those, including all punctuation, error codes, etc. would likewise help us to better help you.

HT1694 How can I send videos via email (hotmail) that are 55 seconds or more?

Hotmail is supposed to have a 10MB limit and my videos are only coming to 5MB. But I can send a video that is 54 seconds long, but 55 seconds won't send. I also tried sending it through a gmail account and it wouldn't work either. Any advice? I'm using a iphone4. Thank you!

When sending an email the largest size of any file or collection of files is 20MB. A 720p HD video recording from your iPhone 4 for 55 seconds probably hits about 20MB (or just under). There isn't a way to increase the email sizing limit, however there are other alternatives such as Microsoft SkyDrive (Free), DropBox (free) and Google Drive (free) which will let you upload and share your files (like you would with email, only slightly different).
If you have a Hotmail/MSN account, you already have SkyDrive and it's easy to setup and use. Just visit: https://skydrive.live.com and sign in using your Hotmail/MSN account.
If you have Gmail (or blogger, or other Google service including YouTube) you can enable and start using Google Drive easily also, just visit: https://drive.google.com/start
If have neither a Google or Microsoft acount, and have no interest in creating an account with either of them, try DropBox. Found here: https://www.dropbox.com

The PlayMemories Home software is synced with the Microsoft Outlook Email server. Web mail servers such as Yahoo, Google, etc. cannot be used with the program. If you're using one of these, we suggest uploading the photos outside PMH. You can do so by opening the folder containing your files.
NOTE: My Pictures is set as the default folder for imported files.

How come I can't send or receive iMessages?

I have an iPhone 4S. The software currently on the phone is iOS 7.0.4
For the last few weeks my messages have not been sending properly but I contacted Telstra and the problem was fixed.
Now I am experiencing issues with iMessages. I contacted Telstra but they told me it was Apple's problem.
Has anyone experienced this lately and if so do you have any answers?
It would be greatly appreciated.

Since you have trouble before with Telstra, maybe it's not fully resolved.
Switch off iMessage, wait a minute or two then switch it back on.
If no joy, make an appointment with the genius bar at your local Apple Store.

Can I send photo via email not upside down?

When I take photos on my iPhone 4s using the +volume button and then email them or synchronize with windows xp, photos are upside-down.

I have to admire your tenacity with this issue. Tempted as I might be to so something dismissive like "Things change, get over it" Lets look ahead to what might, in the future, provide what you want.
As it is now, given the processing power and memory of the iPhone 4S, Apple has been able to provide a wonderfully acceptable picture taking performance, good enough to even support the "Burst Mode" taking of a sequence of pictures very rapidly.
Perhaps, with the iPad 2S ( or iPad 3 as it may be called) there may be enough of an increment of hardware resources to provide in camera processing between shots. Even if they did provide that for still images, think about how much processing power would be needed to do an in camera reorientation of a large video file.
Realistically, this is a trade off in resource use that is unlikely to be possibe with even the next hardware generation beyond, the iPhone 5 or the iPad 4. Why would I say that? Because none of the high priced DSLR cameras attempt in camera processing. manipulating large matrices of pixels in a DSLR or an iPhone or an iPad is way beyond reason.
The bottom line is that if you share phots with folks whose computer is so old that they are still happily using Microsoft IE 6 ( for example) they are unlikely to even think of getting an upgrade to their video viewing software that is EXIF aware.
That leaves the onus on you and I to routinely do a "Save As...." operation on our video and still images, on our own computers, before we send them out to the older aunts and grannies of our families.
Suppose, Apple were to suddenly flip the relationship of the picture upright position and the volume button. Then you would have the millions of newer users suddenly as disturbed as you are. Apple is in a no win situation.
At my age (76) after decades of Mac support work starting in the days of my long departed Apple Lisa computer, I have come to accept the reality that "Things change, so I might as well get over it"

I have a sixteen minute video on my ipad2 that Is taking up to much room becuase I only have a sixteen gig ipad so I need to send it to someone but my email won't let me it says its to long does any one know how to send it or get it onto another computer help.

You can't save it on a flash drive.
You could put it in iCloud or DropBox where a computer could access it.
