Sorry, there is no 3rd generation 8gB version of the iPod Touch. You most likely have a 2nd generation. In which case 4.2.1 is the highest possible OS.

Confirming and expanding on what RG said, not only is iTunes is not available for Android devices, it cannot sync to an Android device if you have iTunes running on a Windows or Mac system. You'll need to use the download stores provided for Android devices, and if you have music downloaded from the ITunes Store on a computer, whatever synchronization method Samsung provides for getting the music to your Galaxy.

If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Thanks for the feedback. This is a custom enterprise application. So there is not an update yet. It will take our developer a little time to get it IOS 5 compatiable. So unless I can change the IOS we can't use application until we get upgrade of the custom app.

How come I can only send email when I am near my wi-fi at home? Doesn't the IPhone 4 have the ability to send email without being near wi-fi?

If your iPhone service is through ATT try the following:
1. go to Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars
2. tap the line for your WOW mail account.
3. scroll down to Outgoing Mail Server section and tap the line for SMTP
4. under Other SMTP Servers you should have an entry for "AT&T SMTP Server", if the server is off, tap the line for that server, tap "OFF" to turn the server on
5. tap Done
6. tap the line for the primary server
7. tap "ON" to turn the server off
8. tap Done
9. tap the name of your email account in the upper left corner
10. tap Done
What we are trying to accomplish is to set the primary SMTP server for this account off and turning on the ATT SMTP server.
If this doesn't work or you have Verizon, we'll try something else.

I use Network solutions and they upgraded my email system and I can get the addresses in my contact sheet if I add them but now when I type in an email address and I retype another email it won't autopopulate.
