If you are doing this on the iPad, try accessing your account in the app store. Tap the featured tab and you can access your ID in the lower left corner.
If that doesn't work, perhaps you can be a bit more specific in what you have tried already. -

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (must be a valid email address; don't use the one you have created earlier)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps -

How come I don't get the whoosh when I send an email?
After I installed Mavericks I don't get the whoosh when I send an email. If I restart I'll have it until the machine goes to sleep and then it'll disappear agian.

I keep getting this error message when updating imovie "There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (20). Does anyone know how to fix?
If you're having problems with the App Store you might try this:
1 - enable the Debug menu in App Store:
open the Terminal application.
copy the command below and paste into the Terminal window:
defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool true
followed by Enter.
launch App Store, login.
2 - select the Debug ➙ Reset Application option:
3 - try again.

I get the following message when trying to update my Iphone 4 from 5.1.1 to 6.1.3 "Unable to install update, An error occurred installing iOS 6.1.3". Nothing I do changes this, how do I over come this barrier?

Airtunes? I assume you mean iTunes match? The little cloud symbols?
If so, you need to make sure it is turned on in your phone and in your computer. -
When I try to uninstall iTunes I get a message saying iTunes 64 msi can not be located and I should enter an alternate path. How would I know where it it is? I get the same message when trying to install the update to iTunes 10.6.1.
Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
