How commercial account can be set up in App store ?

We are company from Slovak republic, Europe and need to create commercial account in App store.
We need to have:
- official ducuments (bills, invoices) to put into our accounting evidence
- proper indication of VAT on bills/invoices we receive
I received following response on my request from Apple support
Yes, you can create an account for your company through App Store Volume Purchase Program. To find out more about this program, please use the following resources:

Also, any applicable sales tax is added to each purchase and you will receive invoices with VAT.
However:
- Volume Purchase Program for Business is applied only for US companies
- I have never received bill with VAT indication when bought app on my private account
I am afraid if I set up the commercial account in the similar way as private account I will receive the bills in the same style and people in accounting dpt. will go crazy

P.S.: Here is the standard bill I receive. As you can see no VAT is there (and it should be indicated on the bill according to our law !!).

Any iPhone that lists the same email will receive the same texts. This has to be changed in order to stop receiving on all devices.

All items that you download from the iTunes store are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account can download updates to its apps.
If you are referring to apps from the Mac App Store then you will be better off asking in the Using Mac App Store forum (this is the iTunes Store forum).

- You can't create subaccounts.
- You can create new account(s). The media on the iPod is still usable. It does create more work when updating apps since yo have to sign into the account that purchased them to update them. If you have apps purchased from more than one account that need update you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased with one account.
- To change accounts for purchasing go to Settings> Store (or Settings.iTunes and App store depending upon the iOS) and sign out and sign in with different account.

i currently have 15,000,000 in one of my ldap instances, multimaster, multi slave including fractionally replicated slaves. No problems what so ever. Large schema in place too, each entry has multiple objectclasses and multiple attributes in each.
Just make sure your i/o is upto handling all the additional mods coming into such large databases.
forget T series boxes for that sort of scale as they are pants! Big X series boxes as a minimum, sparc is better. Most importantly, tune your entry and database cache sizes to reduce any i/o to an absolute minimum.

My new iPhone 4S can't connect to iTunes, App Store or iBooks via Wi-Fi. Works with 3G network. How to fix this?

My new iPhone 4S (week old) can't connect to iTunes, App Store or iBooks via Wi-Fi (and some other apps e.g. Hollister – but most of the other apps like Safari or ebay work fine). There is no problem with those apps loading via 3G network. When I turn off the wi-fi, it runs over 3G and i can access App store without any problem. When i turn off the 3G network and turn the Wi-Fi on, those apps like App Store won't work, other apps work fine. When i turn on both Wi-Fi and 3G, the App store (and so on) is also not working, other apps are.
I also found out that when the Wi-fi is on and I sign out my apple ID, the App store starts working! But when I log in again, it will imediatelly stop working. I've tried logging in with others apple IDs, still with the same result. There is no problem with my apple ID account, because it works on my iPad, even via Wi-Fi.
When i first set up my iPhone, there were no complications using App store ia Wi-fi with exactly the same account. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but this problem started when i logged in with my UK account and then wanted to log back in with my Czech account.
I tried turning it off, hard reset and deleting my iPhone several time (even without back up). Nothing worked since then.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
I would really appreciate ANY help. This porblem is driving me crazy!

The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...

Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. you can't from the iPad.
Go to iTunes on a computer, log in with your apple ID and select 'account'.
After that , select 'payment method' and select 'none'.

You need to be in a country to buy from its store, so whilst you are in Switzerland you can only use the Swiss store - you will need to be in Spain to use the Spanish store.
On each film's description page in the store there should be a list of the language(s) and/or subtitles that it has on it e.g. here in the UK one of the new releases, Svengali, has listed on its description page :
If there is a particular film that you would like to buy in a particular language that is not currently available in the Swiss store then you can try requesting that it be added, but unless the Swiss rights-holder for the film agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
