How control voice control

I have a very annoying problem with my 4 generation itouch. I use it with an armband case, at the gym. It worked really well till 2 days ago, when Voice Control started to activate it by it self (without pressing the home button). Voice Control (it's something like a person now), change the songs, pause it or forward and backward into one track... I don't know if the movement of my arm, while I workout is causing all this mess. I deactivated the option that change the tracks by shaking the ipod, but frankly, I don't think that this be the problem. Anyone can help me? I have looked how to "neutralize" Voice control... but it doesn't exist a way... anyway, if someone knows how to fix this issue i'll be greatful.

  • How control can be customized so that it changes its picture when mouse moves over it

How control can be customized so that it changes its picture when mouse moves over it. As it happens in other develpment enviroments that one can customized the look 'n feel of any thing during the mouse movement over that very thing. Moreover can any body plz tell me that how one can modify the funtionality of a control by him self (not selecting the available functionalities of controls and indicators)

The attached LV 7.1 code uses an event configured to trigger on two controls when a "Mouse Enter" or a Mouse Leave" event occurs. Depending on the type key focus is either assigned or removed.
Please elaborate on the Q re: customizing a control.

PS Do NOT change the boolean to an indicator, save, run, change to control, save run again. That is bad.

  • OWB 10g: how control files are generated?

We are using OWB 10g within a 10g Database. We want to know how control files are generated by OWB in the file system. The reason we need to know is because our DBAs do not want to create directory objects pointing to NAS devices, their policy states that all directory objects should be on SAN shares. We rather use NAS shares since it simplifies our batch (too long to explain here). OWB has the "CREATE ANY DIRECTORY" privilege granted. Is it using this privilege to create a directory object for the path we specify the control file in the mapping or is it writing directly to this path? We checked the directory objects created (SELECT * FROM DBA_DIRECTORIES) after deploying a control file and it didn't seem to have created any new ones. Anyone knows how OWB creates these control files?

Yes, indeed that's what we were after. We basically wanted to be sure we are not breaking an internal policy that says that "Oracle directory objects can not be located on NAS shares". The reasoning behind this policy is that NAS shares are not deemed highly available or high I/O devices hence our Oracle DBAs will not allow us to create any Oracle directory objects in NAS shares. The policy states that all database data should be stored in SAN shares which are directly attached to the servers and are therefore high I/O devices. It is arguable if the OWB data we want to load is really part of a database, we believe it is not. There are other implications in our environment about using NAS instead of SAN (NAS can run in active-active mode across different data centres, whereas SAN requires replication since it doesn't usually work well in an active-active mode across different data centres). So based on your answer we should be fine since OWB reads and writes directly to the files without using Oracle Directory Objects which supports our theory that these are not DB specific files and are only "OWB App" files which can then sit on a NAS without breaking the above stated policy.

  • Just wanto listen to talk.  How control forward &/or move back to re-hear?

I'm new to iTunes. Don't want music. Just want to listen to downloaded talk, lectures, speeches, stuff like that.
On other audio I have been able to see how control, like move a cursor (whatever you call it) forward as much as i like, or backward if i missed something and want to hear it again. I could see, see where we were in the total time frame. But now I don't even see how much time is left in the audio talk. And there is no apparent way to move forward or backward.
Is that the way it is with iTunes? Somehow I've downloaded some talk that has come into iTunes, i'd rather listen to it on some other audio I'm more used to and can at least see to control. But i'd best learn how do do on iTunes now.
I'm just doing this on my mac computer, not no iPod or anything like that.
I'm a bit embarrassed to ask such a basic question.
    Don't think I won't thank you, cuz

  • How many Voice connections can cisco 2821 support?

    Good day.
I have a cisco 2821 with EVM slot, NME-X slot and two HWIC slots. I have 4 port FXOs on the two HWIC slots. The EM-HDA-8FXS module on the EVM slot can handle 8 FXS connections. Please i would like to know if there is an EVM module that can do FXO connections and also how many voice connections can this router handle in total. Can the EM-HDA-8FXS module handle both FXS and FXO connections?
Hope someone can help me out. My deadline has already passed.

  • How many voice messages can be stored on Skype?

    Hi,
    1. I wonder how many voice messages can be kept on Skype account?
    2. How long can be one voice message?
    Thanks

You have to consider the comression though Ron, when you say that a nano will fit a thousand three min songs this is at a bitrate of 128kbs, with audiobooks you buy from say audible for example, they have four quality settings the highest being format 4 which encodes is 32kbps, this is fine for simple speech but would be terrible for music.
So with this in mind such a low bitrate would use on average four times less space, so 50 would go way upto 200. But some of the books I listen to are upto 40 hours long!, anything as small as 3 hours would likely be a crappy abridged version which is no use to anyone.
Also remember that you won't really need to keep more than 1 or 2 books on there at once, I mean why would you want to keep a whole library on there when they can just sit on your PC incase you ever want to listen to them more than once.
Personally I use the highest bitrate possible for my audiobooks, such as 80 or 128, just depends what bitrate the file I have are in, I never need the space because I have few songs and only put one book on at a time.

  • How control buttons in JSP?

    Hi there,
I'm currently working with some educational content I found here:
    http://otn.oracle.com/obe/obe9051jdev/ADFtoJSP/defaultendtoend.htm
    I followed these steps:
    -Create new app workspace
-Use the default web application template
-right click the model node in the upper Left Hand Side (LHS)
to create a new business components diagram
-Here, I deviate and create this package name:
    com.e2e.model
-Establish a connection to the demo HR schema via Connections-navigator
-Drag-drop DEPARTMENTS table into the new business components diagram
Next, they lead through these steps to create the next
layer of software they call 'ADF View Objects:
-Drag-drop a 'View Object' from 'Business Components' palette on RHS
    -Drag-drop the ADF-Entity-Object inside the new ADF-View-Object
Next, they lead through these steps to create the next
layer of software they call 'ADF Business Services':
-Drag-drop an 'Application Module' from 'Business Components' palette on RHS
-Drag-drop the ADF-View-Object inside the new Application Module
They say that at this point, creation of the Business Services
    layer is complete.
Next, they lead through these steps to create the
layers of software they call Model and View Controller:
-On the LHS bring the Application-navigator to front
    -Expand ViewController node via left-clicks
-Right-click open a Struts diagram from the struts-config.xml node
-From RHS, Drag-drop a DataPage from Struts palette
-Drill down into resulting diagrammed object
-During drill-down-dialog make it a .jsp
-This opens a .jsp design editor; add some text and various HTML objects
-Open 'Data Control' Palette on RHS
-Pick 'read-only table' from drag-drop pull down
-Drag-drop view object into .jsp editor
-Drag-drop various operations into the bottom of the page:
    -first, previous, next, last
-Run the .jsp via the green light right-click in struts diagram
Next, they lead through these steps to create a .jsp which allows
a user to insert a new row into the DEPARTMENTS table:
-On the Struts diagrammer, create a /createDept data page
-On the Struts diagrammer, use 'Forward' components to
setup back and forth navigation between
    /deptBrowse and /createDept
    -/deptBrowse -- Create -- > /createDept
    -/createDept -- Submit -- > /deptBrowse
    -Drill down into /createDept
-Pull down 'Input Form' from Data Control Palette
-Drag-drop DeptView1 from Palette into .jsp editor
-Notice that a 'submit' button was created for me
-Add commit, rollback buttons to the .jsp editor of /deptBrowse page
    -From data control palette,
Add Create button to the .jsp editor of /deptBrowse page
-Edit a property of the Create button
    -Run the deptBrowse page
At this point I bumped into a bug. The commit, and rollback buttons
did exactly the same thing as the Create button; they sent me to the
/createDept page. An additional problem was that the commit key did
not send a commit to the DB; the data from the form never got
    inserted into the table.
I should be able to debug this if I can get some understanding about
how buttons work in this environment.
I understand how a button works in an ordinary HTML form but not
in this .jsp that I created. From an HTML perspective, one thing
which seems odd to me is that the form tag has no action attribute.
Somehow, the App server is sensing my button press but I don't see how.
So, my question is kind of general: How do I trace/debug button presses
in .jsp files created by JDeveloper?
    -moi

I did some more poking around and learned a little bit more.
The problems I was having were related to pilot error
and lack of understanding about how JDev generates code.
The pilot error was fixed by Peets coffee.
To get a better understanding of code generation,
I now spend more time in the source screen rather than
the designer screen when I drag-drop objects off the palettes.

  • How control the special element  display or off?

there are many elements in my xml file.some of them need not display in fm file. How can I control them?

    zhaop,
There is a "drop" read/write rule that will remove elements on import. See the Structure Developer's Guide for more information. Note that this will delete them completely, not just hide them from display.

  • How control content distribution process on Pull DP's

    Hi,
I'm consider implement in our organization Pull DP. It should allow me on better control how content is distributed and reduce WAN data transfer. I have made a test in my environment and change one of DP's on Pull DP. Next I have distributed small package
on this DP and it looks it has been distributed correctly. I have few question about Pull DP. I hope I will find somone who are using this feature in yours SCCM environments:
    1. I have checked distmgr and PkgXfer logs and I can't find there any information which proof me a content has been really pulled from source DP. There is possibility to check it somewhere?
    2. If on source DP, content not will be available, DP configured as Pull DP, will automatically start download content from Primary Site server? Or maybe it will report error like "missing content" ?
    3. I can add more than one, Source DP for Pull DP. Let imagine situation, when I added two source DP's and next I have pushed content to distribute on all DP's. Pull DP will be waiting when first source DP will get content or it jump on second on the list?
If yes how long Pull DP wait before check second source DP for content?
    Thank you for your answers.

"It should allow me on better control how content is distributed and reduce WAN data transfer."
Better than what? Normal DPs? That's a false assertion. PullDPs use BITS. Normal DPs use the ConfigMgr built-in throttling and scheduling which is far more flexible and efficient.
    1. Pull DPs *pull* content, thus you won't find anything in the normal logs.
    2. No. Pull DPs can only pull content from another DP.
    3. Yes you can use as many sources as you would like. Not sure what the actually process is though.

  • How control same inventary in two companies with stock???

Hello, I need to control the same inventary for two differents companies.
The both companies have the same items or if in one i create a new item in the other must create the same.
The problem is with the stock.
What can i do to control de entries and exits to if i sold or buy an item in one company, in the other, the stock increment and de middle price change correctly???
    King Regards,
    Alfredo Temprano.

    Hi Alfredo,
There's no need to create further SPs.
All objects (= transactions = business objects) call the SBO_SP_... as the last action just before the the data are written to the DB!
It's just a matter of the object's ID (most can be found in the DI API documentation) + the key of the particular record which is going to be modified to find the data which you then want to send to the 2nd DB.
    Potential Exception:
Stock revaluation: Not sure which objects are touched; this could be a gap.
You need to carefully analyze what you need + what you can get from SBO_SP_... + what is possible through DI API!!!
I strongly suggest that you involve a B1 partner close to you who is experienced in that area!
Please note that when you start to work with DI API (what is what you need to do in the end to really transfer the data from one DB to the other) you should make yourself familiar with it through the SDK(!) E-learning (available on the SAP Business One developer area here on SDN) + the documentation in the SDK Helpcenter (same story)!

  • How control tempo fader with midi keyboard

    hi,
i added a tempo fader in the environment window.  what are the steps to control it with a nob on my midi controller?
    thanks,
    dave

    Hi
There are several steps in this process:
    1) Since you want to control the Tempo Fader with in-coming MIDI messages, you need to connect the fader somewhere between the Physical Input and Sequencer Input  objects in the Clicks and Ports layer.
    2) By default, this fader is set to respond to incoming PitchBend messages (see above), so it should work straight away. If you wish to control this fader with some other MIDI message, you need to determine the exact message (MIDI CC usually) transmitted by your controller. The "Input View" object (or the main Transport should help here.
    3) Then you need to assign these values in the object inspector 'Input settings"
Most of this is described in the manual p1040 under "Using the Tempo Fader".

  • How control multiple users to access same page?

    Hi,
I am working on a public page where the data pull from
database base on different UUID. Where this page doesn't required
login account. It differential by UUID where it send via email.
What I affaird in the email that contain UUID that might
forward to multiple users for filling in a long forms with same
    UUID.
(This form it could be share same department but different
    sections).
How can I lock this page or only allow accessing by a user
    until been submitted?

    Qoop wrote:
I tested but it cannot be lock - i open the dept_id:HR in my pc
and I open same dept_id:HR in other pc which able to view same

    BKBK wrote:
That is a paradox. If entry to the page cannot be locked then
the form should not appear on at least one of the PCs. Could we see
    your code.
    Qoop later wrote:
anyway, here is the code (simplify version)...:
<cfquery of DEPT info base on the #URL.UUID#>
    <cfif DEPT recordcount EQ 0>
Missing dept info <cflocation to xxx.cfm>
    <cfelse>
    <cfif SUBMIT EQ 1>
    TQ for submitting...
    <cfelse>
    code start here...
    <form action= next_page_action.cfm>
    </cfif>
    </cfif>
I have tested my suggestion. It works.
I can see where your code is leading to. However, it does not
follow the line I suggested on 08/08/2007. Its logic is essentially
different from mine. In my code, the condition for displaying the
form is in a lock. In your code, the form is displayed
    unconditionally.

  • How control the vendor's range of use of SUS

    Hi ,experts,
we have one question now :
we are going to use MM_SUS ,and we have two vendors A and B, wheather can we just  let vendor A use the SUS?any customizing may realize our
    needs?

    Gregg,
The graphic in the upper left corner of each original card in the template is a placeholder. To use the placeholder, you drag a media file to the placeholder and your file takes on the size and shape of the placeholder. You will have to do this once for each card on your page. Drag to the placeholder, release. Repeat.
As you have learned, the +Pages icon adds a page. Logical, right? It doesn't change what you already have in your document, just adds to it.
I'm sure you will have other issues with templates, and we're happy to help you. Apple seems to use the templates to show off their niftiest tricks. That means that the templates are often complex and confusing to newcomers. As shortcuts to fancy documents, they are seductive traps. Just my opinion - not meant as critisism, offered to give you some perspective on the troubles you are having.
