What are you trying to do? Even plugging into the computer will not allow you to read old messages if you have deleted them.

After my phone was fully submerged in water, I'm getting the overheating error message but the phone is not hot at all. Is this the result of the phone being damaged by the water?

I dropped my iPhone 4S in my friends pool. It was fully submerged for about 30 seconds.
We took it out, dried it and put it in rice. After 24 hours I checked the phone. It turns on and runs smoothly. It connects to the computer and syncs perfectly. But after a couple minutes of use I get an overheating error message. But the phone is not hot at all.
Is this the result of the phone being damaged by the water? Is there any way around this? The phone works perfectly fine and isn't overheating at all.
What can I do?

Despite the error that I get after a few minutes, the phone does work fine.
But by most peoples definition, the phone isn't working.
I just want to know if anyone has been in my boat and if the overheat message without the phone overheating can correct itself or if it goes away with sufficient drying of the phone.
I know its slim, but I figured I'd ask.

I guess you could try but I don't believe Apple can help with activation lock issues. They may, however, be able to determine if the Apple ID belongs to one of you and reset the password for you if you can prove your identity.
You might want to try calling Apple by going to https://expresslane.apple.com; click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. Perhaps they can help determine if it's your ID and reset the password for you (and they probably have more expertise in doing this than the Apple store).

Each email address can only be on one iTunes account, and all purchases are tied to the account that buys them. If you want to have separate iTunes accounts on each then you will need separate email accounts for each iTunes account

I am afraid there ain't any direct method to extract XML field from a data base.
Indirect way could be converting the whole table (instead of one field) into XML format and then extract one field from it!!

hello sanjaykaul, that won't be possible - once an email leaves your mail server it is no longer under your control.

I really doubt it. To do that, that person must have stolen your Apple ID email and password, and then, log in Messages in his/her iPhone with your Apple ID to read your messages. The Apple ID of an iPhone doesn't change when you connect it to your Mac, so don't worry

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

If not then you will need to create a new account, and use the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

I think your only solution is to zip the image files first and then attach them.

If a client does not support inline display (or the recipient has turned off the inline display option), the file appears as an attachment that must be opened in a separate program.
On the one hand, an inline image is easier for the recipient to see - all she has to do is look at it. On the other hand, inline images can be frustrating to scroll through. You cannot. However, if your back up is through iTunes on your computer and you do an internet search for something like "iPhone BackUpExtractor", I believe there is software that will help you access the SQL database that is your back up. You may be able to pull out what you need.
Once you restore from a back up, any data that was on the phone is gone.

Why does my Apple Mail insert old messages into the body of new emails? The correct sender's name will appear in the "From" column, but an old message from a different sender in the body. Had you previously backed up your texts to the cloud? Yes, you can save things in the cloud, but you must first set it up to do so.
