I want Create Task like (Create related incident) but open incident template list like service request not default incident form
how I can do that ?

but when want to use create related incident it open default incident form
i want to create task (Create related incident from template ) to allow them to Select new form
It should use the custom form also when creating incident based on a template. There must be something wrong with your implementation. Can you provide some screenshots of what it is you are doing so that there is no confusion in that regard?

Originally all users had access to all of the templates created, however now that we have been using SCSM for a while the number of templates created has started to grow and make the Create Incident From Template Screen difficult to navigate. I am
trying to limit the number of templates each team sees based on security group, however when I uncheck the templates from the Form Templates section of the User Role, they continue to display for all users. Is there somewhere else I have to go in and

Create bid invit. from template in two different ways has different consequ

Hi everybody
"Create bid invit. from template in two different ways has different consequuences"
When I create a bid invitation from a previous template, from the template search results (Icon_create SAPLBBP_BID_INV 1010) my bid is published but then stay in the model search and the status is wating for approval. But no workflow started in BBP_PD.
If I use the same template for creating a new bid from the detail using the create bid invitation button, the bid invitation is created correctly.
I have configured the two events for the BUS2200 object and both of them have an initial condition.
It seems that the two actions trigger different events or something like that
Does anybody why it is occurring this and how I could link the workflow without approval for this case.

Error in creating the Domain from template in WLS 10.3.2

Hi All,
I am using WLS 10.3.2 and I need to create a domain from the template of my existing domain.
I followed these steps while creating my existing domain:
I chose these 2 while creating my existing domain
** WebLogic Portal - 10.3.2.0*
** Weblogic Portal Collaboration Repository - 10.3.2.0 [wlportal_10.3]*
after Test JDBC Data Sources step where all my tests fail and in the next step
Run Database Scripts: here I am running the Scripts by clicking on Run Scripts button and I get the message Database Load Successful!
everything goes fine and my domain works fine.
Now I am trying to create the domain template based on this domain which I created.
After this step I am trying to create a new domain from the newly created template. I follow the steps given and at the end
Creating Domain: Here it shows the progress and once it reaches 100% it displays the info in a popup window saying CFGFWK-60600: Before booting this domain, it is necessary to run the SQL file located at C:\bea\user_projects\domains\base_domain\security\SQLAuthenticator.sql in order to initialize a domain security admin user in the database.
I assume this message is because while creating the domain from template I did not get the step Run Database Scripts and that is why I get that msg at the end.
So I executed the create_db.cmd file wich is in domain home now I get the msg

BUG: Advanced Actions duplicated when creating NEW PROJECTS FROM TEMPLATE using Adobe Captivate 8.

Need: CREATE NEW PROJECTS FROM TEMPLATE using Adobe Captivate 8.
Problem: NEW PROJECT (.cptx) duplicates the Advanced Actions originally configured within TEMPLATE FILE (.cpt.).
For example: Template file (.cptl) advanced action "_initializeModule" gets duplicated as "_initializeModule1", "_initializeModule2", "_initializeModule3" within NEW PROJECT. FYI, the original "_initializeModule" advanced action still appears.
MAJOR BUG, what the heck is going on?!?!!! Planning to deploy this template file to use for multiple courses with multiple users, this WILL cause epic confusion across the board.

Similar problem, think they are working on it as well: when dragging a shared action from an external library to a slide or object event, and that action is using a parameter that was already created for another shared action, there will be a new parameter created which really screws up the shared action contrary to this problem. Tip: for the moment do not drag shared actions from an external library immediately to an event, but drag them first to the Library: Reuse Shared Actions in other Projects - Captivate 7 vs. 8 - Captivate blog

Create new page from template

I created a page, and saved it as a template. I want to
create a new page from the template (creating more pages for the
same website). When I select file > new > page from template,
the list contains <no sites>.
How do I get the page and / or template I already created to
be in a "site" so it shows up on the list. Couldn't find this in
the help file.

So where is the correct location?
I created the folder for this site when I first created the
html page. This is the folder I mentioned. This site folder was
created inside the Documents folder, I believe by default.
As I mentioned, on the first try, I just let it save the
template to this same site folder, which is what it suggested by
default, and it has been there ever since.
I only created my own "templates" folder as an experiment
after your first suggestion. I have now renamed it "Templates"
(upper case T) and the template is still not found with File >
New> Page from Template.
Sorry I am not sure if I understand exactly what you mean by
"A folder in the root of the "local site folder"". Is this the same
as or different from the site folder I created and saved the html,
css, and image files to? (which is in Documents) If different,
where can I find it?
I searched my system for ALL folders named Templates, and
found none that I believe could be associated with DW. Is this in
appdata or hidden location?

NO, you can not create temporary table in oracle on the fly ( Like #Tabels in SQl Server or Sybase ) , you will have to use the GTT i.e Global Temporary Tables

How create an invoice from delivery using an idoc

Hi expert,
I'll like recive an help to know how implement the following solution: we would create an invoice from delivery sent into the idoc structure.
In detail the process that we would implement is:
To use an output type for outbound delivery and to assign a program to it in order to create an idoc when the output type is processed; when the idoc is created the program has to call the transaction VF01 to create the invoice from the idoc.
Which type of idoc do we have to use?
How the VF01 call transaction should be excuted?

Check with following standard basic IDoc types:
INVOIC01- Invoice/Billing document
INVOIC02 - Invoice/Billing document
INV_ID01 - Invoice
SISINV01- SIS - billing document

Can not create new page from template

I have been working on a new site for the last couple of
weeks and have created several pages using a basic template.
All of the child pages of this template still update when
changes are made to it, however I can no long create new children
from this template.
Any ideas as to what the problem might be.

my guess is that you are opening the .dwt template file and
doing a "Save
As". That page is not a "child" page of the template.

from list in left, click This Site Name
from list in right, pick This Template
make sure x is in box to Update if template changes

ITSM View Changes after Creating Follow On / From Template Transaction

When i try to create new service request from template, I get my standard view of service request instead of my custom view, with different mandatory fields. and this prevents me raising the service request from template as I haven't kept few fields as mandatory, and creates lots of problem.

How create account document from Sales Document?

I hope you are doing well. The scenario is:
1.- Create Lead (Sucessfully)
2.- Create Quotation wrt Lead ((Sucessfully)
3.- Create Sales Order wrt Quotation (Sucessfully), into status tab I have add Transferred to bill. document status
4.- The billing document was created sucessfully, however The account document doesn't exist.
How create account document?

How to migrate changed Business Scenarios from Template Project to Solution

SAP Solution Manager - How to migrate changes in Business Scenarios from Template Project to Solution?
Our Global ASAP strategy is based upon a Template Project, Implementation Project, Maintenance Project and Solution with Business Scenarios.
Changes in the Template Project for existing and new Business Sceanarios, etc. are correctly executed. Up till now we have successfully implemented our Template Project and secondly extended our Business Scenarios from 4 to 14. Our 3rd upcoming change will be changes on Business Scenarios as well. These planned changes for the Business Scenarios need to be consistent, possibly without manual intervention.
During a Proof of Concept (PoC) in our Sandbox (SXB) we have identified a possible serious problem when trying to publish these changes in Business Scenarios in the Template Project to the Solution. SAP Solution Manager (SSM) does not seem to support a scenario where Business Scenarios in the Solution can be refreshed or updated with changed Business Scenarios in the Template Project.
We have identified 2 possibillities:
1.     Manual project upgrade
1.1.     Synchronize the changes for the Template Project normally;
1.2.     Delete the changed Business Scenarios from step 1.1 in the Solution;
1.3.     Add the changed Business Scenarios from step 1.1 into the Solution.
For this scenario we foresee a big problem because all Content and Issues connected to the old Solution Business Scenarios loose their coupling with the Solution.
For the Content this may not be a real problem because the Content is also available in the Template Project.
However the Issues are loosely coupled to the Solution Scenarios and therefore need to be coupled manually to these processes.
2.     Manual changes using Maintenance Project
2.1.     Synchronize the changes for the Template Project normally;
2.2.     Publish all changes from step 2.1 in the Template Project
2.3.     Add all new Content from step 2.1 to the structure of the Maintenance Project;
2.4.     Relocate Content and Issues when the Business Scenario has been relocated.
Because SSM does not support this activity we need to delete this Business Scenario first and secondly re-create it again on the correct spot.
Our question: How has SAP done this in other customer projects?
We need to have a working solution by the end of March, 2009.

How to give a relative path from a button in the master page header?

so I have this code in the header of my Master page in RoboHelp:

i need to call the 'Graphics_legend.htm' file which is sitting in the root folder. When i try this it works fine for the html file which are in the root folder as well, but anything with is in a sub directory , the button stops working.
It might be just to add a realtive path ,but i am failing to understand how to make a relative path for 'Graphics_legend.htm' ,.. ?

Relative paths are relatively simple once you get the hang of them.
For example, if you want to refer to something that is one folder above where you are, you prefix things with ../
The ../ is HTML shorthand meaning one folder level above where I am. If you wish to go two folder levels up, ../../
If you need to drop into a folder that is at the same level as where you are, ../FolderName
From what you have written it would seem that RoboHelp isn't seeing your code and properly calculating the path. That's really not too surprising because you are using the Button element.
If you are using CSS and linking to a style sheet you likely have a simple way to calculate what the relative path should be. Just examine the source code of the topic and note what prefixes the CSS file name. Assuming your CSS is in the project root (and it should be) then you could use the same prefix.

Image links broken when creating a page from template

I have created a page in dw cs4 and saved it as a template. I have a navigation bar in a div tag. The image renders great in the template. I save the template. I go to File>New>PagefromTemplate and choose the template. I save the page as index.html. The links to the navbar images are broken. I can see the difference in the code, but I don't know why it's changing the code. I know it's just a simple link problem, but I don't know how to fix it and I don't understand why the code is changing. I have made the links relative to the document, and have gone through other settings and solutions on this forum and nothing fixes it. Any help would be most appreciated.

Ok, I figured this one out, finally. I had my navbar image files in a folder in the Templates folder. I found, buried deep in another thread about something else, that DW doesn't like anything else to be in the Templates folder except the Templates files. So I put the Navbar folder on the root level, out of the Templates folder, and the page is rendering perfectly in Firefox, Safari and IE on Mac and PC.
