How did that happen?

My wifes' iphone took a screen shot of her password screen and she doesn't know how that happened. She was trying to answer a call and it froze. Then the camera app started taking pictures. The last photo was of her logon password screen (less dots). Its stored on her camera roll if anyone want to see. We're wondering what the heck happened to do that?

The iPhone includes an option to capture a screen shot, which is done by pressing and holding the home button and then selecting/releasing the on/off or sleep/wake button as with a camera shutter, or this can be done by pressing and holding the on/off or sleep/wake button and then selecting/releasing the home button.

This happens with you are both syncing data such as contacts on your devices with the same iCloud account. This will result in the data being merged and synced back to all connected devices. To correct this you need to have different iCloud accounts on each device.
To do this, on the device that will be changing iCloud accounts go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from the phone, not from iCloud, so the other phone won't be effected by this.) Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different ID, then turn data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account. At this point you will have two separate iCloud accounts on each phone with identical data.
Next, you'll have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and delete the unwanted data (for example, deleting her contacts from your iCloud account and vice versa). These changes will be reflected on each device and things should now be fixed.

One - you may have said to disable/erase the iPhone while communicating with the iCloud Find My iPhone site.

Contacts app goes directly to "Groups" and I have lost all my contacts? How did that happen and now do I get them back?

I added a contact last night to my contacts list on my iPhone 4S. Today I have no contacts at all. When I select my Contacts app it brings me to a screen that says "Groups". Under that there is only the name of the contact I added last night. I have never synced my iPhone to a computer so they wouldn't be there and I looked in iCloud and the contacts are not there either. Anybody know what happened here and if I can get my contacts back?

All my default apps disappeared, how did that happen?

I was just deleting some unuseful Apps through iTunes, after syncing all my default apps are gone, even my "settings" icon.
On my iTunes, the summary of my iphone indicated that there are 88 apps, but when i count it, there's just 79.
Help, anyone?

unless you can give us more information you only solution is to restore your backup from before this happened

Missing images in the Dreamweaver UI! How did that happen?

I tried reinstalling the app, and there are still missing images in the UI...

In my opinion, the deprecated Server Behaviors panel should NOT be used. The code is woefully outdated, not secure and the MySQL connections will fail to work on many servers (PHP 5.5).
I think a much better use of your time would be to learn manual coding in PHP and MySQLi (improved).

My iPod had a library of 5200 songs, and now it's empty. How did that happen???

I haven't harmed it, I haven't let anyone use it; the entire library as well as all my videos just vanished. Somehow, though, all my photos and game records are still there. The odd thing is it still says I have 114 GB left. I am so confused. HELP!

Of course not - in fact it is not something done by iPhoto - it is most likely a user error
What exactly did you do? What did you download? there is nothing in iPhoto that ever changes the resolution of any photo - in fact you can not do it if you want in iPhoto - you have to export photos to a location outside of iPhoto to change the resolution
have you loaded your backup from before you did what ever you did? That is probably the fastest and easiest way to resolve the problem

I don't actually have an answer for you, but ditto on changing things that aren't broken. Drives me crazy!!

So if the solution recommended by Ralph is not working then the other option is this:
Please make sure that the emails work correctly when signed into, on a computer
Then delete the account off your phone - you will not lose the emails
Reset the phone
Re add the account back in and see if that helps the issue

Everything pre-set to PAL, camera is PAL but sequence is NTSC. How did that

I have a PAL camera (Panasonic HDC-SD100) and FCE is set up to run PAL. Going through my sequence settings after the edit I find that the sequence is set to NTSC. How on earth did that happen and what should I do now? The video is already edited.

Send the clip and sequence settings so we can see if there is something wrong.
Also, exactly how are you exporting and what for (DVD, web etc.)?
You are obviously doing something wrong but unless you give us full details of what you are doing there is no way we can begin to guess what it might be.
Bleeping audio is usually a sign that it is an incompatible format that will need rendering . . . . obviously not captured from the camera.

If you didn't create an iCloud account on an iOS device or Mac, you don't have one. You can't create an account on a PC. If you were charged for an iCloud storage upgrade without having an account, contact the Apple online store at the bottom of this page for a refund.
