Skype manager inform me that I need to pay subscription Skype number 12 months for private account (administrator Skype Manager and private account is the same)
But I send this number to other account (company) and there I use it and pay
How I should I cancel subscription for this private member :
When I go details I see this:
Skype Manager all the time reminded me to pay but I don’t want this subscription account:

I have a Skype number and 120 minutes UK for 3 months. Now I don’t remember how does this Skype number subscription work. I don’t remember the billing date and don’t understand from my account billing section. Today my 3 months UK minutes has been automatically got subscribed and also £10 credit on my account that I don’t want anymore. Now all i want is a Skype number with Unlimited International subscription. Have been trying with Skype customer chat service (support request) but every single time I click it asks me to sign in (even though I’m signed in) brings me to a page where it says at the moment it couldn’t bring the page up....have been doing this for last few months. That's why I disabled my payment option so when it ends I can get the new subscription I want. Few hours before I got an email stating that my subscription is canceled, warring it might affect my skype number (which is very important to me) as soon I enabled the payment option it made an automatic purchase of the old subscription. Now I can cancel the subscription but I don’t want to loose my Skype number, it happened to my once and I cannot afford it anymore. So, I wanted to discuss this with a customer service agent (chat or email) to sort out my issues.
I can't believe a world renowned brand has such an appalling customer service system.
Got stuck with this service, cannot leave for this number is been distributed everywhere in my business.
Any help would be appreciated.

3. Subscriptions aren't refundable. Cancel it at your account page. Cancellation is effective on the renewal date of your current billing cycle - February 19th 2015 - and you can use it until then.

I wat to reactivate my skype number and extend the period from 3-months to 1-year. Although the option is available, the ystem only keeps the 3-month button active and the 1-yr option is not activated.

A friend initially subscribed to 3-months Skype number plan. Now she would like to change to 1-year subscription. However, there does not seem to be any option to do this. The initial 3 months just passed and an automatic charge appeared on her payment card. There does not seem to be any "modify" subscription option (not even a "cancel" subscription option). There is no Skype/Microsoft support readily available. This is very bad experience for her and it seems to be rather common issue. I am actually surprised by this and have expected more from Skype/Microsoft. Any ideas about how to change the subscription?

As strange as this sounds, the short-term Skype Number contract needs to be cancelled. When the subscription ends, the Skype Number is held in reserve for a period of 90 days, during which timeframe the number can be renewed for an annual term.
If all else fails, please contact Skype customer service for further assistance. I would report to Customer Service that the renewal e-mails were not received - after checking that the account's registered e-mail address is correct! You would not believe the number of enquiries I read where a Skype account's registered e-mail address has fallen into disuse, not updated, and therefore resulting in no communications received from Skype.

Where can I find out how much a Skype Number costs...

So, I get an email on Skype numbers. I click because I am interested and all I get in a bunch of fluff about how great it is. There is nothing that I can find about cost, anywhere. Is it under prices? No, or at least I did not that I see after clicking on every single option.
What is Skype hiding? The information should be there after I click from the email or at the very least after one additiona click. I shouldn't have had to go here to the community board to find out, and yet the only search that generated the information was the one here on the Community Board.
Enough of this manipulative crap. Skype needs to honest. Because of Skype's lack of transparency -- that i cannot be sure what I am buying -- my opinion of Skype is the lowest possible.

Temporarily disable a Skype number

I work for a particular company freelance and I use a Skype number when I work there. I plan to take three weeks off and I don't want calls from the numerous clients that I work with while I'm away.
I tried "canceling" my number; now it forwards calls to my personal number. Is there a solution for temporarily disabling a number? Even better if I can leave an outgoing message telling them I won't be returning their calls.

As you posted your enquiry on the Skype Manager message board, is the on-line number affiliated with a Skype Manager account?
I am concerned that when you cancelled the number, you cancelled the on-line number subscription. Please test to see if you still have the number! Skype Customer Service may be able to re-claim the number for you if indeed the subscription was inadvertently cancelled; I am not sure this would be possible ... here is a link to start with: contact customer service
There is no solution to temporarily disabling a number; as I tried to explain, above, an on-line number is actually a subscription. You could forward the calls to a Skype account with voice mail activated to answer calls immediately (no delay) in order to record the "I am away from the office" message.

How to cancel Skype number

I want to cancel the Skype number I am being automatically billed for. I know what the Skype numb er is. In my profile, purchase history and profile it all shows that I have made no purchases and in the manage account area my I see no settings options and no indication of a Skype number. I no longer need the Skype number and just want to cancel it. How can I do that? What am I missing?

How to know Skype number is it used to call from?

Hello,
When someone calls my mobile phone from Skype, a random mobile phone appears as the caller ID. When he calls my house phone from a Skype, a random local phone number appears as the caller ID.
What is the logics of that? Is it possible to determine if some phone number belongs to Skype?

Good point! I just checked one of my contacts from whom I receive frequent calls, and who also has multiple numbers in their profile, and noted the same thing.
When someone calls your Skype Number, you would indeed not be able to determine if they are calling you via the Skype account, or via the Skype Number. This is by design and is normal, because the Skype Number simply provides a fixed (or, "land") line number for people to reach you, and you answer on Skype.
The only work-around would be to separate out all of the numbers.

How disable subscription notifications to locked users?

Hi All,
We have some potal users locked (dont want to delete them at the moment).
Subscriptions notifications are sent to those users as well (at least admin notifications).
Is there a way not to sent subscription notification to locked users?
We have NW 7.01 SP3 Ep1.

You can do but the process can be possible through manually so go to
Detail section -> Setting->Subscription-->Here you can cancel the subscription part
so that you cannot send any mail to that particular user or if the person already in a group so exclude them from the group so they should no longer to get the subscription as the same thing my friend said on previous forum messgae.

I have a similar issue. Someone is calling me relentlessly using my own skype number. I need to keep it open to get business calls, so I can't restrict access. I have the number associated with all my business accounts, and I need to keep it. How can I protect my number? I bought it years ago, the problems have only started since skype's purchase by microsoft.
