How do block user keypress (Form 6i)

Question

I would like to lock keypress for text box number only (eg. 1234567890% and comma for column varchar2 user may input 12%,5 for discount is 12 percent and five dollar)
may be like Keyfilter class. i downloaded that,but is in use by web interface not
window interface.
how i can convert keyfilter from web interface to window interface?
or another technic?

create a procedure for key filter and call it in when validate item trigger
for eg
