How do fix a PDF which I am the owner of, but denies me access?

This file though owned by me, gives me this error shown below.
I don't know how this error came about.
I have tried a work around that I found online which is the disable Enhanced security, but no luck.
This error message prevents me from copying, cutting, renaming, adding owners etc.Utterly inaccessible even though I have admin rights to this file!

This is certainly a problem with the Windows security of the file, not with Adobe Reader. You can see this because it says "Unable to display current owner". It may be permissions, or it may be damaged. You can try to take ownership, or change permissions so all users have access.

What do you mean by dynamically? When yo set up a 2D bar code field you specify which field name/value pairs you want to include, along with other parameters. But be aware that they won't work with Reader unless you Reader-enable the document with LiveCycle Reader Extensions and include the bar code usage right. It will work with Acrobat Standard/Pro.

They can both read PDFs. It will really boil down to what screen size you prefer and how portable you want it. The iPad Air has a larger screen, but weighs more than the iPad Mini2. Either one will work for you, its just a matter of preference.

There are no rules or guidelines for finding the table but i will share some of the tips used generally.........but i am not sure if we can do it for a tree structure..but try anyways....
Double click on the structure name seen on the F1 pop up window...
in the structure screen, try to analyse the field which is very important something like a key in that set of fields or do the same for the fields which we feel are more important,then click on the domain for that field....once in the domain..click on the "where used list for the domain" on the top...
it will display a pop up -> select only "table" and then press "Tick/OK"..A list will be displayed with the data element and table name ..from this we need to find out the right one we need either by going for text of the table or going through each and every one
It takes time but does the job.....

I agree with Ralph. It all depends on what you're comfortable reading on.
Most retailers have demo devices, go to a store and play with them and see which one works best for you

If you don't have a SIM card in the phone, you must put one in. It's required for activation.
If you do, then your phone was probably hacked to unlock it from the original carrier. Contact them and see if they will unlock it. If they will not do so, then you can't use that phone.

When playing music there is no shuffle button like there was before... On the playlist there is a shuffle bar but this does nothing when I touch it. It's either stuck on my music is messed up.

Start playing a song.
Select the album artwork area for the song playing to reveal the scrubber for the song.
Is the color of the icon located at the right of the scrubber blue?
If so, that is the shuffle icon and blue means shuffle is on. Select the icon to turn shuffle off. White means off.

I would like to generate a list of the work books that users save in their favorites. I can see these workbooks in table RSRWBINDEXT, but I donu2019t know where to retrieve the owner. I checked in table RSRPARAMETRIZA, but I only see workbooks that are assigned to roles. Which table has the owner info? Also, which table has the role assigned to a workbook?

You can't, you have run into Activation Lock. Return the phone where you bought it and get your money back.
