How do I access apps on US iTunes store if my account is registered in Qatar I tunes store. The apps are extremely limited

My location and account Is registered in Qatar. As a result I only able to purchase items from Qatar iTunes store. What are my options to purchase apps from USA store or any other?
There is a very limited variety of apps available on the Qatar store.

In order to purchase apps from the U.S. iTunes Store, you  need to 1) Have a valid billing address in the U.S., 2) Have a credit card billed to that address or have iTunes gift cards purchased in the U.S. and 3) be physically located in the U.S. at the time of purchase.
