How do I Access Data in XML Connector
I have an XMLConnector attached to a xml file and bound to a
label. This is working fine.
My question is:
How do I access the data values in a component or the
XMLConnector through actionscript. I can see the values in their
components so I know the data binding worked.
Whatever I try returns undefined or null for the value.
Different things I tried:
// I tried getting it directly out of the data holder -
returned undefined.

I believe you have to use the following syntax:
var positions:Number = dh_rack.data.mountingPositions
or
var positions:Number = dh_rack.data[mountingPositions]

For the first time when i complied i got the errors as :

So i logged in as sys & grant the permission to execute on UTL_FILE to ridb (user):

So, it got compiled successfully but when i execute it gives me error as:
Source does not have a runnable target.
What does this mean?
So I browse through forum & i got to know that i need to initial the UTL_FILE_DIR ="C:/OracleProject" in init.ora
So can i edit the init.ora with notepad.When i tried to do that it says permission denied
In my system it shows the init.ora file in path C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\config\scripts
but there is also other file initXETemp in the same path do i need to do the changes in it.
I have tried even editing the SPFILE as mentioned below:
C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\dbs\SPFILEEXE - I had edit this file using notepad & set the value of UTL_FILE_DIR ="C:/OracleProject". So next time when i restarted i'm unable to log on to the database.
So i had reinstall the software again.

How to automatically update xml data for xml connector
I suspect the answer to this is simple because I am a real novice when it comes to ActionScript.
I have a project with an XML Connector that goes out and gets data from an xml file and displays it in a label in my flash.
It does this when the swf file loads using ActionScript in frame 1.
The ActionScript is simply:
this.labels_xc.trigger();
This is great. It loads the data from the XML file no problem. But the data in the XML file changes every so often. How do I get the swf file to go out and get the new data on a regular interval (say every 2 minutes or so)? I've looked at scripts with timers and I can't figure it out.

How do I access data from one user account to another?
I want to access data from a different user account. How do I make all the files available?
I have another post here in the forum that explains in detail about the rez problem. It was read by a lot of people with no responses. 1 thing that might be important is that I was using a Wacom drawing tablet when this problem started. I removed the Wacom software and no help.
My Apple 23" Cinema display has very large icons but the display prefs says it is at 1920 x 1200. It's not just a low screen rez but the dock and all icons will scroll on the screen when I move the mouse.
The resolution will not change to anything else. The rez is fine on other user names.
I have booted from the Apple DVD and run disk repair, repaired disk permissions. Booted and run Tech Tool.
Booted from the Disk Warrior cd and ran that.
I have zapped the PRAM. I have plugged the display into the other port on the video card.
When I change to the problem user name it is fine for about 1 second and then changes to the "problem". I have never seen this before and I have been using a Mac since 1990.

But i heard that by using this Fun modules, when we are passing IDOC in back ground schedule, so some other depended FM not supporting, so how to approach this and how to avoid this problem.

How to display the data in XML files into JSP using Jdeveloper.
Hi All,
I have two XML files one XML file has the view names and the other has the table names of a particular views, how to display the data in JSP using JDeveloper where when i click a particular view the list of tables of that particular view from XML file two should be displayed in JSP Page.
Are there any reference documents, regarding the above process please can anyone guide through how to do it.Let the servlet ask your business tier to provide the data, then stuff it into beans, and pack those into the Session instance. Then forward the request to the JSP, let the JSP get those beans and display them.

How to save form data as XML using Reader XI
Dear all,
I have designed a form using live cycle designer 9 and activated the form extensions using Acrobat X Pro.
The form includes an email send button.
Our clients uses the Reader X and XI.
Using Reader X the pressing of the button will open a dialog box asking the user to send the form/form data using the default email client
OR
one can save the form data as xml file on the local machine and attach it later.
However, using Reader XI there is no such possibility of saving the data as XML. One can just chose between the default email client or another email account.
I tried even a button using javascript xfa.host.exportData("",0); but nothing. In fact the button shows no function at all.
What do I wrong?
Does anybody has a hint please?

How to add a data-source.xml to the project to config DB connections and to be SCM'ed
I'd like to explicitly manage a data-sources.xml for my JSP + BC4J project.
Any helps on getting the released Jdev to add a data-source.xml that would then
be what the .ear deploys to OC4J?

How to write static Data in xml using XStream

I have a swing desktop application.
In this ProposalData class contains all the input value of the application.
I want to write proposal data to XML using XStream.
Below I attached the part of code which responsible for create xml.
But it is written all the non static data to the xml not the static data.

How to convert Binary Data into XML ???
I am calling the getTaskInfo method of TaskManagerService class using Web Service API.
The result includes the formdata in two formats:
1. Binary content of the form
2. Remote URL of the form data
I have to find a value of a particular field using one of the above information.
I am unable to convert the binary data to XML directly. I have also tried fetch the document based on remoteURL parameter which is also not working.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
