I can't access money I have in my iTunes account to pay for apps, songs, books. How do I redeem ?

I have $50 in my Apple account and all year long it's been billing my CC for purchases and my account balance has been left untouched. Rather frustrating. I have had multiple iTunes gift cards that I've redeemed and seen the balance increase in my iTunes account at the top of the screen next to my apple ID. I don't know how much more clear I can be, along with the other posts above. They're quite clear and I don't understand why this issue hasn't been answered.

I agree anti-relay can be using UBE feature. However, there is serious problem in reject the spam mail. My nms is using UBE feature to stop spam mail. According to the work flow of the UBE, the mail is received by nms completely and UBE is going to invesgate the mail address. Although UBE can stop the spam mail, the spam mail have a trouble in returning the mail to the sender. The reason is the sender address is usually not existed in the world. That will cause a lot of mail waiting in the mail queue.
In my experience, do not use UBE for anti-relay.

You can't. And you don't want to do that anyway. Setting up a new iTunes account will not help you when you want to update apps purchased under the one you can't remember the Security Questions for. You will need the password for that account to update any apps purchased under it.

If you sync your phone to a computer that his account is authorised on then you could try buying it on his account and sync it to your phone - but it will be tied to his account, so only his account will be able to download any future updates to it.

If you bought an Apple gift card, then you cannot use it in the iTunes store. You can only use it in the Apple store for hardware.

If you still have your old card listed on your account then try selecting the 'none' option and remove it and then try entering the card's details from scratch. If that doesn't work then what is the full error message that you are getting, and the card is registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing) that you have on your iTunes account ?
