How do I access my m4p music for sonos

I noticed I can not transfer my .m4p files to my Sonos home system. It seems like only the .m4a files are trasfering. I read in a newer version of itunes that someone was able to highlight a song and then go to the Advanced settings and convert the .m4p format into an MP3 format which apparently worked for that person. I have iTunes 10.7 and I do not seem to have it and can not find a more recent version. Any ideas how to fix this problem so I can convert my .m4p format into .m4a format???

Most of your .m4p files can be converted by subscribing to iTunes Match for about £20 GBP per year. Of course you only need to do this once and then make sure future purchases are in iTunes Plus format.

Locate the artist of the song you want to upgrade.
Click the iCloud Download icon next to the song you want to upgrade.
Notes:
1. Delete from your iTunes library folder NOT the playlist. Click GO, All Files, Users, Music, iTunes ....
You can delete whole albums for conversion at this stage.
2. Some labels/artists will not allow conversion. This is the stage that I'm at: whether to re-purchase or buy converter App.

Thank you for trying to help! When I click on "Purchase" it only shows songs that I downloaded when using my Mac., not the music I downloaded using my laptop. You said I should "download the music that I bought"...do you mean I need to go to all the songs and download each one again (that would take forever as I have had my laptop for a long time and only just got my iMac last year). Those are protected files from the early days of the iTunes Store when music had DRM. Unfortunately, they're locked to the original purchase AppleID and can only be played in iTunes or the Music app of an iOS device.

How do I access my raw settings for further use?

I opened a jpg in CR, made some changes, opened the image, then saved (from within PS) and closed it.
Later I needed to create a duplicate of this image and apply the same CR settings I'd used, but I can't find them. When I open the original jpg, all of the CR settings are set to zero.
Is there any way I can access the CR settings I entered? I want to see what they are, not delete them, not get back to the pre-CR-edit stage.
If this is not possible, what could I have done otherwise to retain access to my CR settings? Should I have saved the image from within CR? If so, how would the CR settings be availalbe for tweaking or copying?
Is there an automatic xmp file that would have this info, and if yes, where would i find it?
Finally, how do I save CR settings in the future for subsequent access?

The xmp data is written into the original jpeg file, not a sidecar file.
Here's the drill (I'm doing it as I write this msg):
1. Select a jpeg in Bridge.
2. Right click on the image and select Open in Camera Raw...
3. Perform an edit (I did a drastic exposure reduction to make the edits obvious).
4. Click on Open Image, comes up in Photoshop with edits.
5. Shutdown PS and Bridge.
6. Re-open Bridge, select and open same image. Opens in Camera Raw automatically, shows edits, and new CR settings.
As I stated in my earlier post, the only way to "de-Camera Raw" the jpeg image is to clear settings from within Bridge. Again, the jpeg is being re-written with the edits within the file as exif data. And no, there is no message that such a re-write is occurring.

How do I access photos and music from desktop to laptop

I have a desktop Mac Pro desktop and will be purchasing a new Macbook Pro for traveling. I use Final Cut Pro and will need to access IPhoto and ITunes currently stored on the hard drive of my Mac Pro desktop.
One idea I had was loading the music and photo programs on a portable hard drive that I can carry with me.
1.May I move those programs off my hard drive? I know some programs ie FCP, will only load on my internal hard drive.
2. Are there any other ways to access those programs from my desktop?

iTunes only stores a single backup, the last one. If there is a backup available, it is listed in iTunes / Preferences / Devices. Unfortunately and even if there is a backup on hand, if the thing don't wanna play ball and offer a restore, you are out of luck.
Maybe the backup is from too old a version and incompatible with a current phone?
