How do i access my photos sent to the cloud?

My friend sent a good portion of my photos to the cloud to give me enough storage to download ios8. I can't figure out how to access the photos that were sent to the cloud.

Unfortunately, photos aren't moved from photostream, they are deleted. You might check to see if these photos remain on another device.

Why don't you talk to apple and find out if backup exists? That conversation with apple will stop your guessing.

That's correct. Photos in your PhotoStream do not appear at iCloud.com.

Many users have lost photos while preforming a restore from backup, upgrading the iOS, or using the wrong itunes for syncing (which is your situation). If you haven't synced them to YOUR computer, then they are gone (unless you have backups to icloud turned on - but that isn't completely reliable; many users have lost their photos doing a restore from an icloud backup).
IMPORTANT...
Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album) or using photo stream. If you have been doing that, then you can sync those photos back to your device.

You cannot access photos directly from iCloud. You can restore your device using one of your iCloud backups that you did when you had those photos on the device.
Photo Stream, if turned on in iCloud, is an automatic function, unless you are also saving photos that were not taken with an iPhone, iPod, or iPad camera.

What a crappy design. This is where Android is so much better. It seems to me like you have no control over your iPhone. It does whatever Apple has designed it to do without asking you first. On Android you can actually go in see all folders, document files, photo files etc and you have so much more control of everything. Apple s..cks!

Revel does not have an interface with versions of Elements prior to version 11. If you had Elements 10 set up to sync with Photoshop.com and it was up to date, then all your jpg photos should have migrated to Revel. If you did not, then you can access the photos from your hard drive and upload them directly to Revel. You will need to create each album that you desire and import the photos into them. Correct you cannot see the photos on iCloud. To see the photos use any Apple devices and sign it with your Apple ID and you see them in Photos App.
