How do I access my podcasts when the official podcast app won't run on my iPod?

I am trying to load new episodes of a podcast onto my iPod, and I cannot. It tells me I have to use the podcast app, but I am unable to install it. It needs OS 7, but my iPod appears to not support that OS- attempts to update tell me that I have the most up-to-date OS for my device, which is OS 6.1.6. Is there a way around this incredibly frustrating situation, or has this change effectively rendered podcasts completely inaccessible to my device?

Download the iOS 6 compatible version by:
Starting when iOS 7 was released, Apple now allows downloading the last compatible version of some apps (iOS 4.2.1 and later only)

App Store: Install the latest compatible version of an app
You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.

Hit the num lock button again. Num lock forces only the numeric keypad underlying keys to work as a numeric keypad, and the rest of the keyboard won't work. Unfortunately Apple stopped including the numeric keypad hidden keyboard key labels on its keyboards. They used to include them. I’d be happy to help you disable talkback on your Moto E! If you have inadvertently enabled Talkback, you can quickly pause it, and then go back to disable this feature.
Anywhere on the screen, swipe down then right in a single motion, as if you were drawing an “L”.
Note: This should work whether the phone is on the lock screen or unlocked.
You will then see 2 options in the top corners of the screen, select “Pause Feedback”.
When the Suspend Talkback message appears, double tap “OK”.
You can now normally go into Settings > Accessibility and disable talkback.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router.
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If this is a new Apple TV, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123.

How do I merge multiple subscriptions to the same podcast?

In iTunes I have multiple subscriptions to the same identical podcast (same podcast name and same url) ... some of the subscriptions have duplicated entries and some have unique entries ... (how this happened I have no idea, but that is beside the point) ... my question is how do I merge these multiple subscriptions into a single podcast subscription? I have tried cut & paste in the hope that I could then delete (unsubscribe) to all of the redundant/repeated subscriptions, but that does not work ... in explorer I have found that ALL my podcast files from ALL my podcast subscriptions are found in a single folder .. so all the entries from my multiple subscriptions are there as well ... this smoked my hope that each podcast subscription would have it's own folder or sub-folder ... so I'm stuck ... does anyone know how I can merge multiple subscriptions to the same podcast into a single podcast subscription (without my losing the uniques scattered throuhout the mutiple subscriptions) ... ???

I would love to be able to do exactly what you are suggesting .. the problem is, if I delete the duplicate subscriptions, I lose the unique files unique to the duplicate subscription I delete ... the problem is that I can't find a way to save/move the uniques (in advance of deleting the duplicate subscription) into a single subscription ... is there a way to do this ??? Yes, you can copy songs that you ripped from a CD to your Home Sharing computer.
Turn on Home Sharing first on both computers. To do that, go to File > Home Sharing > Turn on Home Sharing. Enter your Apple ID and password.
Now go to your computer that you want to copy the songs to and connect to your Home Share. You can do that by clicking on the popover button located at the left top corner right below the play control buttons. Click on it and scroll to the bottom until you see your Home Share and select it.
Go to Music in your Home Share. Select the songs that you want to copy in your Home Share and click Import at the bottom right corner.

The usual reason for not being able to download is that Premiere Pro (and other video apps such as After Effects) are 64 bit only so they require a 64 bit computer and a 64 bit operating system.
If you're running a 32 bit computer and operating system then you will not see the Premiere Pro icon since the software will not run on your computer.
