How do I access the programs I'm paying for (Adobe CC) when it constantly asks me to sign in?

Every time I try to open any of the programs in my CC suite, it makes me try to sign in, then another window opens that tells me to press "continue" to begin working, but when I do this, the FIRST dialog box appears AGAIN. I can't even read a PDF without an internet connection now. It's really getting annoying.
