How do I add a clip-based timecode burn in to all my clips?

Howdy —
I'm trying to add a timecode based on each clip to every clip in my project. If I select all the clips and add a timecode, it's media-based — and I can't figure out how to change that except one-by-one. Can you change the timecode preferences before adding them to all of the clips?
But here's the main thing: the clip timecode just starts from 0, no matter what the clip in the sequence was cut from. Can I add a timecode that refers to the timing in the master clip? (i.e. if I'm using the last 10 seconds of a minute-long clip, it'll say: 00:50 at the start).

Make a whote solid. Animate its opacity from 0 to 100 and back again.
You'll use couple-three layers -- no automatic transitions in AE. That's what Premiere's for.

How do I add auto text based on value in numeric field?

Need help... I'm trying to add auto text to a text field based on a value in a numeric field. I want my text field (summary box) to say "Passed" if the value (score box) is equal to 10 and the field to say "Not Passed" if the value is equal to less than 10. My numeric field is being calculated by selecting drop-down lists.

How do I add a Leopard based Apple to Active Directory?

I have added "local" and "domain.local" to my search domains list in the networking preferences, and have properly typed in my AD Domain as DOMAIN.LOCAL (all caps), and used a valid domain admin to bind to the directory, yet it still does not work.
I have found that if I request a kerberos ticket, it will work for about 9 hours then stop working.
This has caused quite a large and dramatic problem at my workplace, as none of the new apples are able to connect properly to our network.
This works fine in Tiger, but broke in Leopard. Any tips? Is this still possible?

Binding to AD worked up to 10.4.11 perfectly. Since 10.5 binding to AD does not work due to a bug. It is not yet resolved in 10.5.1, there may be a bug fix in 10.5.2.
You can, however, even without a successful binding connect to shares on member servers by supplying the credentials a second time.

How can I add extra footage to a burned project?

I burned an imovie project through idvd and deleted the project on my hard drive. I figured since I had it on a dvd I could load it back on my computer and add stuff in the future. When I loaded it back all I saw was two folders, audio ts and video ts. How can I get my imovie project loaded back up so I can add more stuff, and burn a new copy. I am going to be making lots of projects in the future and I dont want to have to store everything on my hard drive. What do I do?

Yes you can. (1) Go to the file menu while in Imovie. (2) select share, (3) select video camera, (4) use the interface to add seconds of black tape before and after your film as desired, (5) as the warning says be sure to have blank tape and your camera in VTR code. (6) press share and voila your camera should record your movie. Now you can store it and even add others if you have room. If your going to add others I suggest you add 8 seconds or more of black to the end. So, when you record your next movie you won't overlap and ruin your master. Enjoy.

How do I turn off timecode burn in

I'm up to page 140 of the manual, methodically working my way through Premiere, and tried Timecode burn in. Worked well. But how do I turn it off? No explanaiton anywhere in the manual or online as far as I can find.
This timecode thing has got me confused. My GH2 hasn't got timecode as far as I'm aware. Yet timecode is appearing all over the place in Premiere. On p141 of the manual it states: "If you have the Source panel selected, the Timecode panel will display source timecode." Well, I didn't think my source had timecode, but timecode is being displayed. Why?

I can set them in the Project Window, and a yellow bar appears on the clip icon, and a green bar in the Source Window, showing the extent of the In/Out setup. But I can't work out how to delete the In/Out points in the Icon in the Project Window from within the Icon, the place I originally set them up.

If few or nor effects other than standard transitions and titles are required and speed is paramount, then use iMovie '08. If you like being innovative and want to try your hand at creating your own effects, use iMovie '08 and learn how perform pre- and post-edits to create your own fast motion, slow motion, stop motion, pseudo time lapse, still framed, backgrounded, blended, layered, picture-in-picture, etc. that may "tickle your fancy."

I don't see the ruler tool (for tilt correction, etc.) on the left bar display. How do I add/display it in CS5?

And for all that expand to show the nested Tools, there will be a tiny black triangle in the upper-right corner of the Button in the Toolbar.
I think that most Tools now have nested Tools in the group, so about all will have the little triangle.

I joined Match on my PC that has 10 songs.
When I turned on match on my iPhone, it asked if I wanted to replace my music. I said yes and now all I have is the 10 songs on my iphone.
My macbook has all the songs I really want. How will I add the macbook to the match, and have all those songs added, not replaced?
Should I turn off match on the PC first?

Its sort of a wierd question but basically to me imovie09 is a bust since i cant really see a real timeline to edit my project. But what im trying to do is after i edited my video and the song i have ends i want to add another clip after the song but without the song playing. Everytime i add a clip it either goes to the top of my project or just adds it to the song. basically what im tryign to ask is, how do i add a clip after a song?

if you ADD audio/music/voice over to a project, there are TWO options.
#1:
you drag it into the (grey) background of your Project - and it becomes a background track with its own 'behaviour': it will try to background the WHOLE Project as much as possible. as long there's audio left, any added video/still will lengthen the audio.
#2:
drag audio ONTO a clip .... it gets connected PLUS it offers the usual options any clip offers; copy/pasting, cutting, fading, effects. here, I added a fade and the last video-clip is audio-less.

You can import some very short video clips into Photoshop and make gifs. I can import short (10 second or so) .mvi video clips I've taken with my point and shoot camera.
Use File ->Import->Video Frames to Layers
CS3 doesn't recognize .mvi files until you enter *.* in the box, hit load, then find the file you want.
After the file has been loaded, go to Windows, and check Animation.
After the Animation bar loads, go to the right side arrow, check Make Frames from Layers.
Then Save for Web and Devices, and you've got your gif.
I find it much easier to use the separate software.

You cannot add columns dynamically. But you can define a maximum number of numbers and then hide unused columns in your form useing SET_ITEM_PROPERTY(..,VISIBLE, PROPERTY_FALSE);

SQL Server binary constants use a hexadecimal format:

You'll have to build that string from a byte array yourself:

That said, what you're trying to do - not using parameters - is the wrong thing to do. Not only it is insecure due to the risk of SQL injection but in the case of binary data is also inefficient since these hex strings are larger than the original byte[]
data.
