How do i ADD a file type (such as Quicktime mov) that is NOT listed in the Content Type list?

All the instructions I find when searching for how to ADD a file type just explain how to manage how Firefox handles that file type. And that is not possible when the file type is not in the list.

Usually MOV is played by the QuickTime plugin. Some other plugins also may handle MOV. This is handled by entries in a hidden database, but you can view the contents if you type or paste about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter.
In looking at your plugins list under "More System Details" I don't see QuickTime. Is it disabled (set to "never activate") on the Add-ons page? Missing?

Double click on the "Data" folder in the Finder under the SHARED heading, and then click the gear icon at the top of the window and select New Folder.
You can name this folder anything you wish and also create as many folders as you wish.
If you are also using the Time Capsule drive for Time Machine backups, it is not really recommended that you "mix" regular files with Time Machine backups because there will be a struggle for space on the drive at some point.
If you have plenty of free space on the Time Capsule drive, you may be OK with keeping a portion dedicated for regular files.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue getting your picture to print via ePrint.
I have included a link to the help screen for the ePrintCenter as well as a screen shot of the information. It details the file types that are supported and any size limitations. I have also included a document that reviews the print history in HP Connected. If a picture doesn't meet the minimum requirements it is flagged as spam.

you can add redolog files for variety of purposes,and this is not mendetory for creating stdby databases.
anyway you can use these commands which are give below.
ALTER DATABASE ADD STANDBY LOGFILE
('/oracle/dbs/log1c.rdo','/oracle/dbs/log2c.rdo') SIZE 500K;
You can also specify a number that identifies the group using the GROUP option:
ALTER DATABASE ADD STANDBY LOGFILE GROUP 10
('/oracle/dbs/log1c.rdo','/oracle/dbs/log2c.rdo') SIZE 500K;

I need to develop a file uploading utility in struts to upload ZIP files(only ZIP), and i sucseeded to do it using the commons.fileupload which comes along with the WSAD5.1(examples), but the prb is i need to chek for the MIME type and need to reject if its not a zip file, if i do this in actionclass, its waiting till the uploading process of the file is finished and finally its displaying file is not the a ZIP, i need to do this validation as the request comes to the server side, i cant not do this in clint side cause my design should not allow me to use any java script..so please let me know is there any way to specify in the controller it self .
if i use java script, how can i do the Content type validation ?

validation?Well, for server side validation, yes you have to wait for the file to upload.
I've always kinda disliked that, since it could be a big file and/or slow connection. But short of possibly using JS to check the filename (and I don't remember if you actually can, and it's not accurate in many case), there's nothing else you can do.

Pat; using Windows you can create a "PDF printer" which is a virtual device that you can select when you want to create an Adobe PDF file from anything you normally would print to hardcopy. As an example if I were on a webpage article that spanned two or three pages so a screen capture wouldn't really work, if I had a "Adobe PDF Printer" I would select that as my default printer and then print the webpage article. Instead of the webpage article going to a real printer and producing hardcopy, the Adobe PDF printer would ask me for a file name and then "print" the file by creating an Adobe PDF file.
