How do I add a menubar to Firefox 2012?

I a have recently installed Firefox 12 and feel very lost without a menu bar.
Please advise how I find and add the menu bar?

press the alt-key, then go to view > toolbars > here you can enable the menu bar!

How do I add a spellchecker to firefox?

I need to be able to add some cabinet files to firefox for a specialized spellchecker. The exe file was set up for IE; it tries to work in Firefox saying it is installing, but it does not install. For IE installation I am given an alternative to unpack the CAB and install via INF, but I do not know how to do this in FireFox. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

In Acrobat Pro, open the form and go to the Advanced menu and choose enable usage rights for Reader users.
Now, they will be able to fill out the form and save it to send it back to you in an email.
