How do I add a one year Creative Cloud Photography subscription purchased from a different vendor to my account?

I purchased a one year photography subscription from B&H.  How do I add it to my current account so it will take effect at the end of my current year?  Thanks.

For anyone else with this question, when you go to creative cloud.com/redeem, when you enter the code for the 12 month prepaid membership purchased from another vendor such as B&H, it automatically extends your current expiration date by 12 months.

    John, thank you for your reply.  However, I went to that link and followed out several of the many branches.  They all led me to "Forum" as the only contact option (including "Still need help? Contact us").  So apparently Adobe would prefer that I rely on other customers who may have similar experiences.  I really would rather start a chat with Adobe support, but so far that does not appear to be an option.  Is there another forum group that would be more appropriate for finding assistance for my issue?

    Very confusing and not very clear on what I products I actually have for my one year Creative Cloud Photography subscription.
    Have I missed something during the purchasing procedure?
    I had issues with loading Photoshop CC 2014, which are now solved.  However, when I go to use Lightroom 5, it leads me to believe that I only have a trial copy with an initial number of 20 days, then it looks I will have to purchase it.
    Have I actually got Lightroom 5 with my package?
    Could you advise please?

You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both.     The Creative Cloud subscription is not OS specific as it's licensed via your Adobe ID.
    You can purchase a single subscription and use it on 2 machines irrespective of it being Windows or Mac.

    How can I move one years worth of raw photo files to a different hard drive (to manage space) and preserve the develope module edits and still see them in  the Library module?

    The easiest situation, is where this year's worth of images is grouped physically inside one parent folder (something many people build in from the start, in any case).
    If there is a parent folder on disk, but you are not currently seeing that inside LR's Folders panel, you can make this visible to LR by right-clicking on one of the folders which live immediately inside that, and selecting "show parent folder". This gives you a single "handle" by which to manipulate the whole grouping.
    Then it is just a matter of moving this parent folder. It's usually as simple as dragging it from one place to another inside LR's Folders panel, however this is a little more difficult when it's a question of another drive which does not yet appear there.
    So an alternative method will likely prove more straightforward: physically move the whole year folder into the other drive using your operating system's Explorer/Finder. The folder (and subfolders, and all the contained images) will change with ? icons inside LR, and it all goes "offline". This is because LR's records of where everything is, are known not to currently work (the former location is now not available). But all the edits, thumbnails, keywords, collections etc are still in place because these things are still remembered in the Catalog - and the fullsize previews are still cached also.
    Then right-click on the parent folder in LR's Folders (the top folder which shows a "?") and select Update Folder Location. Then browse to the other disk and identify where this folder is now to be found. LR updates all its records and the whole grouping carries on just as before, only using a new  storage location for each image concerned.
