Home sharing only allows you to stream content from a computer's iTunes to an iOS device or another computer (and to copy from the computer to another computer), you can't use it to copy items to an iOS device.
If the apps are still in your country's store then you should be able to redownload them on your iPad via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it, and for music (if you are in a country where music purchases can be redownloaded and they are still in the store) then you can redownload them via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad. Or you can copy them from your iPod to your computer's iTunes library by connecting it and using the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option and then sync them to your iPad.

I have a confirmation number from American Airlines for a flight with my family all under my name and for some reason I cannot add all of our tickets to Passbook. To clarify, I went to the American Airlines app and put in the confirmation number along with my name which pulled up my boarding pass only. Although I was able to add this boarding pass to Passbook, I was not able to add any of the other boarding passes for my children to Passbook that should have also been under the flight reservation. In fact I couldn't even see them in the American Airlines app. I tried to use their names and the same confirmation number but nothing happened, and nothing else seems to be working. How can I add all of these boarding passes to my Passbook?

I started doing this before unlimited data and emails on phones was a common commodity, on my Samsung Blackjack.
I then continued it due to its convenience. My only counter argument is this:
Even when emails are set to immediately push, I am always notified earlier by this forwarding message (sometimes by several minutes/hours due to the fact that it is not dependent on my being connected to 4G or wifi to receive it.
Also, to contradict snozdop's point that both methods use data and battery, I say this - when I use the forwarding method, the information comes in a pure text format and therefore uses considerably less information than an HTML and CSS rich email, with embedded images and such -also, unlimited text messages aids curve costs.
I will, however, give this method a go. In any case, a solution to my original question would still be greatly appreciated.

Outlook is a mail client. It could be communicating with an Exchange, POP, or IMAP server. You will want to determine some basic informationabout the mail service that it is communicating with to set up mail on your iPhone 4.
What type of mail service are you connecting to? (Exchange, POP, or IMAP)
What is the address of the server? (for example: mail.yahoo.com)
What is your username?
What is your password?
For some services, there are options for encrypted connections as well.
Once you've determined which type of service you are using with Outlook, set up a mail account on your phone that access the same service:
Go to 'Settings' > 'Mail, Contacts, Calendar' and under the Accounts list, you will see an option 'Add Account...', tap that.
You will have a list of account types to choose from. If your Outlook client is communicating with a Microsoft Exchange server, tap "Microsoft Exchange". If it's talking to another service, select it. If none of the options seem appropriate, tap the last item, "Other".
Most of the services have fields to fill out and will connect you to the mail and calendar functions of the service provider (or Exchange server). If you selected "Other", however, you are given options to create separate accounts for Mail, Calendar, and Contacts. For Mail, tap "Add Mail Account".

I am clicking on a "DWG" file that is attached to an incoming email, and it should automatically open in progeCAD Viewer DWG, as I have made that association in Finder. (I previously saved the file, and opened it in progeCAD.) But when clicking on the attached file in Thunderbird, it keeps asking me if I want to save the file, instead of opening it in the App mentioned above. I went to Thunderbird-Preferences-Attachments-Incoming and see a list of associations. I want to add this "DWG" association, but can't see how to add it to the list. Can anyone help me? Or tell me why this isn't working?

No option to select an application to open it with. That would be what I would have expected, but it is not offered. Just an option on whether or not I want to save it.

I have Adobe Reader on my tablet. I need to be able to make clean markups on PDFs when I do surveys. I need to be able to draw straight lines, circles, arrows, and polygons neatly. I am not able to do it with the free hand tool cause it is too messy. Is there a way to add preloaded shapes when marking up PDF drawings?

After establishing the Credit Card account, you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".
Note: You won't find "None" if you have not purchase anything with the Credit Card.

Do you sync with iTunes? If you do, you should be able to sync the iPad to iTunes in order to get the apps onto the iPad. If you have never synced the old iPad with iTunes, this will become just a little more complicated - if you want to use iTunes to transfer the apps.
Plus you can download them again as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought the apps with. This explains downloading past purchases.

For more a year I see this same question, not one spokesperson from Adobe has given a straightforward answer. Why are you suggesting we go to 3rd party providers like Wazala, Ecwid, Americart to get add on shopping carts to "insert as HTML" on my Muse built website and are paying 38$ a month to host on BC? Both BC and Muse are Adobe products, I don't know the code but I have a reasonable expectations that your products should work together, if I can't add the same shopping cart features from BC to Muse, really all of BC features to Muse why do I need BC in the first place? When is Adobe going to add all the BC widgets to the Muse library? When is BC going to provide the HTML codes for all the BC features that we can copy and paste in the "insert HTML" option on Muse? Why do I have to go to Wazala? Adobe knew when I used Muse I didn't know the code so don't give me some crazy code based solution, I won't understand anyway. That's why I pay for CC and BC for you to provide it. I would appreciate a response. This is stopping me from making money. My muse site is finished, how do I add the shopping cart from BC? You can add Google Calender using iframe which Google provides if you go to calender settings.
Once you insert this code in Muse page through Object > Insert HTML , the calender will be displayed on page.
