How do I add MS Exchange account to Itunes?

My work laptop currently has a MS exchange mail account. I have installed the latest Itunes version, but the mail account is not appearing in Itunes to be able to sync to my Iphone. What am I missing, please help.
Iphone 3G S
Windows XP (laptop)
Itunes ver: 8.2.0.23
Microsoft Outlook 2003

That is most likely due to the fact that your company was using a BlackBerry Enterprise server for its phone Exchange access. This address will not work for non-BlackBerry devices.
You need to get the server address from your IT department and make sure that ActiveSync is enabled on your account.

I have an exchange account at work. I have successfully, and easily, added it to my iphone and my ipad.
But I want to add it to Mail.
And I can't get it to work.
I've exchanged about a thousand emails with IT at work, and they don't seem to even understand what I'm asking. I just want to know what server info I need to enter, and they can't seem to tell me that.
And the server I entered on my phone doesn't work.
At my previous job I was able to add my exchange account, so I know it's possible.
But is it an feature my work may have intentionally turned off?
I feel like this shouldn't be so difficult, but it's been months now.
All I want is to be able to see my work email in Mail, rather than having to log into outlook webmail.
Does anyone know where I can find the server info I need?
If I choose Exchange 2007 under account type, it has blanks for 'internal server' and 'external server'. If I choose Exchange IMAP, it wants 'incoming mail server' and 'outlook web access server'
I don't know what to enter, and tech support doesn't seem to know either.
Is there a place I can find the server info, from within outlook on my work computer, on work's network?

Mail in SnowLeopard uses a feature called Exchange Web Services to interact with Exchange. It's possible that your Exchange server supports Exchange ActiveSync that the iPhone uses, but does not support Exchange Web Services. Can you ask your IT department if the server has EWS enabled?

I have my Exchange 2003 account working on my iPhone perfectly. I recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and would like to add the account to Mail. When I go through the set-up it asks me different info than the iPhone did. I've tried several possibilities without success. Is Exchange 2003 functional with SL in Mail?

I believe Mail requires 2007, the same as the EWS version of Entourage.

Essentially the Hub area is a home screen dedicated to your communication. Tap on the lower left icon and each of your messaging sections has its own dedicated 'icon.' As JC mentioned, it is new and it may take a while to get used to it.. but once you do it really is a great way to deal with the unified messaging idea and it also allows you to break down what you are looking at very quickly. It sounds like you would like to associate your iPhone to your iTunes Store account. This article should help you do that:
iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID

Open iTunes.
Sign in to your Apple ID by choosing Store > Sign In from the iTunes menu.
Choose Store > View My Account from the iTunes menu.
From the Account Information screen, click Manage Devices.
Next to each device or computer name, you will be able to see when each device or computer was associated with your Apple ID. You will also be able to track how many days remain before your associated devices or computers can be associated with a different Apple ID.
Note: If no devices have been associated with the Apple ID, then the Manage Devices section will not be visible.

iTunes, iCloud, Messages and FaceTime are all seperate services. You could change your ID for Messages without affecting anything else. If you wish to change your ID for iCloud, you would need to save your data, please let us know if you wish to use another ID for more than messages.

Depends what OS X and Browser you are using?
If you are on Snow Leopard (10.6) and Safari (5.1.7) then open Safari Preferences, select the General tab and make sure that:
1. Safari opens with: A new window
2 New windows open with: Homepage
3. Homepage: is set to the desired https: site
