I recently backed up everything from my iphone to my computer and then deleted everything from my iphone as it was now secured. How would I add the things on my iphone right now to that backup so that I have it all together?

Unfortunately, that Apple help works great on my Mac Mini Desktop System, and also works for my iPad with a Blue Tooth linked Keyboard, but does nothing for working with my hand held iPhone since I do not lug a keyboard and apple mouse around with my cell phone. Guess, I will just have to sort my contacts into groups when I get home to my Mac Mini !!!

If you want to use your account then go to settings and sign in.
If you want to sync another iphone to your computer/library, then do so. You can sync as many as you like.

On his phone, sign in Settings>iCloud and enable Mail so that he can have his own email address. Then add your account in Settings>Mail, Contacts & Calendars and enable Contacts and Calendars. They will then appear on his phone alongside any syncing he has set up. This will keep your emails separate, or you can add Mail as well so that you can both access that if you want. You can add his account in the same way on your phone and enable any data types you want to sync.

It sounds like you would like to associate your iPhone to your iTunes Store account. This article should help you do that:

Open iTunes.
Sign in to your Apple ID by choosing Store > Sign In from the iTunes menu.
Choose Store > View My Account from the iTunes menu.
From the Account Information screen, click Manage Devices.
Next to each device or computer name, you will be able to see when each device or computer was associated with your Apple ID. You will also be able to track how many days remain before your associated devices or computers can be associated with a different Apple ID.
Note: If no devices have been associated with the Apple ID, then the Manage Devices section will not be visible.

You can't add text to a Photo in iPhoto. You need an external editor for that:

There are many, many other options. Search on MacUpdate. You can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto.

Having the app is irrelevant.
The ONLY thing that matters is whether "Find My iPhone" was enabled on the missing device before it was lost/stolen. If it was not enabled, there is nothing that can be done.

To elaborate on above. I am looking to add about 300gig of photos on an external hard drive to TC.
Once I do this I believe I can then have itunes source its photos from TC without having them stored directly on my iMac?
Then I am assuming once I keep itunes on with home sharing I can stream these photos through Apple TV?
My inital problem is getting the photos onto TC in an individual folder not just a backup folder....is that possible or what would you suggest please?
