How do I add Password data in Safari / Preference / Passwords ?

How do I manually (not the automatic addition) ADD a website's Password data into Safari / Preference / Passwords ?

Where should I place these shift registers? Where should I place my File I/O VIs? Is it possible to use the Write to Spreadsheet File VI in this situation?
Ive attached a very simple example of the problem. Thank you.

Make the Type tool active and enter the text.
If you have several photos that you want to add the date to, in full editor, go to File>Process multiple files.
In the dialog under "Labels", select "Watermark" from the drop-down, enter text/date in text box, then set up the other fields.
It's best to have the picture files in a source folder & have an empty destination folder to point to in the batch process. This will preclude overwriting the originals. Look at the top "Process Files From".

  • How can I add a word to Safari's dictionary?

Now and then I encounter properly spelled English words which are not recognized by the Safari dictionary or spell checker.  I would like to add those words to the Safari dictionary, but I do not see that option.  How can I add a word to Safari's dictionary/spell checker?

Type the word in any app (e.g., Messages) followed by a spacebar and let it be "corrected."  Then type a backspace and other options including your original "wrong" spelling will appear above the autocorrected word. Tap the one that matches your original typing. That will change it back to the way you entered it and also adds it to the dictionary.

  • HOW DO I ADD A DATE IN THE FOOTER?

I can not find the INSERT DATE function to add a DATE to the footer of a NUMBER spreadsheet.  How do I do that?

    Bob,
Further to Jerry's pointer, see this thread for a description of how you can set up an 'insert date' pick in your menu.
If you want (thanks to Badunit for showing that this was possible) instead of going through the steps described there you can just grab a copy of the service via this link (automatic download from Dropbox).  When you doubleclick it, you'll be asked if you want to install it. You may have to go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy to click 'open anyway' if you get a warning message.
That's it. After it's installed it will be a menu pick similar to the screenshot above.
If you want to rename it, then in Finder hold down the option key choose Go in the menu, navigate to Library > Services and rename it there as you would any other file.
If you don't like going to the Services menu then assign a keyboard to it at System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts.

  • How to manualy add passwords in saved password list?

Originally when I opened a new site with a password Firefox asked if I wanted to save the password and i replied "NO".
Now, I changed my mind and I want to save that password, how do I add it to the password list manually?

Make sure that you not run Firefox in (permanent) [[Private Browsing]] mode.
    * You enter Private Browsing mode if you select: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Never Remember History"
    * To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting <b>Firefox will: Use custom settings for history</b>
    * Uncheck: [ ] "Permanent Private Browsing mode"

  • How do I add time/date stamp to my screen capture file names?

    I'm on mac osx.
I'm trying to add time/date stamp to my screen capture file names. (at the moment it's just 'Picture 1' etc..)
I've tried the following command  in terminal but have not had success. please help!!
defaults write com.apple.screencapture name "datestamp" at "timestamp"
    killall SystemUIServer

Surely someone else will provide a better solution. Meanwhile, however, you might want to try the following script. Copy and paste the script into the AppleScript Editor's window and save it as an application. Then drop your screen capture files on the droplet's Finder icon.
    on open theDroppedFiles
        tell application "Finder"
            repeat with thisFile in theDroppedFiles
set theFileName to name of thisFile
if (word 1 of theFileName is "Picture") and ¬
(word 2 of theFileName = word -2 of theFileName) then
set theExtension to name extension of thisFile
set P to offset of theExtension in theFileName
set theCreationDate to creation date of thisFile
set dateStamp to short date string of theCreationDate
set timeStamp to time string of theCreationDate
set name of thisFile to "Screen Shot " & dateStamp ¬
                        & " at " & timeStamp & "." & theExtension
                end if
            end repeat
        end tell
    end open

  • How do I add bookmark in Mavericks/Safari 7.0?

Right clicking on an existing folder in the new left-side Bookmarks panel gives Add Bookmark option but selecting that merely allows renaming of existing folder not creation of new. Likewise, Add Bookmark Folder in top nav does nothing, nor does the + mark at base of the new left-side Bookmarks panel.

Safari preferences may be corrupted after the upgrade ...
    Quit Safari.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
Click Go  then move the com.apple.Safari.plist file to the trash.
Relaunch Safari and try adding a bookmark.

  • How do I add passwords from pages that don't automatically save them.

These days lots of web pages don't respond to Firefox's automatic password saving feature. Even when I use the little "Remember passwords" script that removes autocomplete=off from websites there are still a lot of them where it won't save passwords.
It would be great if there was a way I could add these sites manually to the Saved Passwords list in Firefox. Is there a way to do this in Firefox? Or an extension that does it? Or ANY way to do it?
    Thanks,
    Ted

  • How do I add an date to next October 10?

... this is not as stupid as it might at first seem.
I have 30 to 40 events to add over the next 12 months. Every time I add one it either puts it in today (!!!) or I have to type out the full date.
I have october in front of me.
I have an existing event selected.
I try to add a new date and it creates something in a completely different day and month, (not even on the screen in front of me!)
I must be doing something wrong ... is there a keyboard shortcut? A modifier to cmd-N that allows a new event to go to the same date as the currently highlighted event?

A new event is created on the Day you double-click upon.
If you use the Quick Event, or cmd-n, you must tell it the date or it will assume today if no date given.
You can type the date and time into the event title and it will parse out the date info from the string.
Something like, “Test at 1400 on the 25th” will add an event called Test on the 25th of the current month at 2pm.
It can parse out almost anything that looks like a date and time.
