The work around is to do two documents, one in portrait format and one in landscape format. When finished export to Pdf. open in Preview by select both files and use Cmd + O or doubleclick. You can now in Previews thumbnail column the pages from one document into the other and then save.
If you have created only one with i.e. all pages in portrait format but with the content for the landscape pages rotated on the pages, you can rotate the pages in Preview. Two ways to get the same result.

You have to select one or the other.
Try making two documents and see if you can merge the .pdfs, but their will be problems with page flow, making the pages shift. Can't see it working really.
Pages is not the only solution out there or the best for most jobs (let alone the safest). Try Word for Mac, LibreOffice (free) or any App that has the features you need.

When I turn up the volume it shows that it is the volume for the headphones but I can't figure out how to adjust the volume for everything. I have rebooted.
Also try this if above doesn't work.
1. Plug and unplug my headphone jack into the iPad four times.
2. On the fourth time leave the headphone jack connected and rotate the plug clockwise, then remove and try your sound. -

I would recommend you to use 0FI_AP_4 rather using both, particularly for many reasons -
1. DS: 0FI_AP_4 replaces DataSource 0FI_AP_3 and still uses the same extraction structure. For more details refer to the OSS note 410797.
2. You can run the 0FI_AP_4 independent of any other FI datasources like 0FI_AR_4 and 0FI_GL_4 or even 0FI_GL_14. For more details refer to the OSS note: 551044.
3. Map the 0FI_AP_4 to DSO: 0FIAP_O03 (or create a Z one as per your requirement).
4. Load the same to a InfoCube (0FIAP_C03).

My Mac mini server has suddenly stopped seeing one or the other bluetooth devices, either the wireless keyboard or the mouse( both apple products) have tried new batteries, at first it was the mouse that stopped responding, but upon rebooting the computer now the keyboard will not respond and the mouse works. Both work fine on an older Mac mini that I hooked back up to check.
There is absolutely no reason why they should not bothe be able to connect to your WiFi network. The easiest place to start would be to reboot your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in again. I would also restart both the iPad and the iPhone.

yesterday I updated logic pro, I have just discovered that my IK Multimedia ARC system has disappeared from the plug in drop down window, can anyone advise how I can get it back. It seems that old logic files where it was previously loaded still have the plug in live, but on a new project file it simply isn't there to select and activate.
Not sure about your issue. What did you update from and to? Is ARC still in the plugins/components folder?
I'm an ARC user too. I have it plugged in to Audio Hijack Pro which is set to hijack audio from Logic. This way ARC is after logic and you don't have to remember to bypass the plugin before you bounce. -
I am trying to record a vocal mic and a keyboard (using a software instrument) at the same time using Garageband 10.0.1. It seems that I can't record the mic input and the software instrument at the same time. I can record the mic input by itself, and I can record the software instrument by itself (if I don't have a mic input track created), but I can't record them together.
It seems like this should be an obvious thing to be able to do, but I can't figure out how to make it work.
Can someone help?

I am building a form and would like to create a pop down menu on the left (and ideally with the options being colour boxes boxes but this does not seem possible), and then have three text separated text lines on the right of the pop down menu for notes related to the pop down choices.

MattIt sounds like you're creating the form in FormsCentral. You have limited options in the FormsCentral designer as far as layout. You can place multiple fields on a line, or one field per line. If you create the design/layout in a program like InDesign or Word, generate a PDF, and add the fields form in Acrobat, you have complete flexibility over the placement of the fields.
The items in a dropdown field are limited to text that are all the same color. -
I have just got a new mac book pro. When I synced my iphone 4s with it my audible book files were deleted from my phone though they are on the computer still. A pop up said my iphone was not authorised to play on this computer. Everything else is there just not my audio books from Audible. I'm half way through a book, what do I do?
The iphone is not a backup device.
You need to copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -

Why can I get unlimited Verizon Service at Walmart for $45 but not here?
I'm wondering if anyone knows why I can go down to Walmart and get a Verizon phone with unlimited internet, text and calling for $45 a month but when I go into a Verizon store I have to pay minimum $103 per month for a smaller service plan and then I also have to sign a ridiculous 2 year service agreement. Does anyone know why this is or should I ask the FTC? Please don't say it's because they give me a $600 phone for $100 because I just paid full price for an iPhone 5s.
Chipster - My grandpa has a Trac-fone; it's a (removed)! He can never figure out how to add minutes, which aren't cheap. Texts are deducted as minutes. He forgets to renew them, as they expire frequently if you don't buy a year's worth at one time. He has to get one of his kids to add his minutes for him; or, he wastes 3 hours going to Wal*Mart to have them do it! Tracfone, does however, send plenty of texts reminding you when your minutes expire; and, usage expiration does show up on the face of the phone. But, unless you're willing to put up with the hassle and expense, they do have a nice LG model. Depending on where you buy it (like HSN.com), you can get double minutes for life. Frankly, grandma and I like the paperless Verizon plan (she doesn't text), whereby the bill is the same, every month, and is paid for automatically; no muss - no fuss!

im not looking for an armband due to fact that they dont fit my arms so im looking for something that i can put/clip on my sweats waist line to hold ipod touch. if i cant find anything then i suppose i can resort to wireless headphones/buds
Venom, I use a Griffin Survivor it's a full case, Note; it is waterproof not watertight-- drop it in the pond and your iPod will get wet. Overall works very well, have knocked the "stuffing" out of it, so far it has protected my iPod 5 from falls, drops (that should have broken the screen more than one time), a 6 year old, rain and snow. Also does a great job of keeping dust, dirt, sweat off the iPod. The belt clip locks shut, or can be opened to clip onto waist band or pocket opening. Fairly heavy spring keeps it in place. An added function the clip can be locked full open and it acts as a stand like a picture frame or you can remove it altogether. If you do decide to get one, get disposable screen protectors, cut then to fit the window of the survivor. the window is plastic and scratches easy. The protector does not interfere with function, when it gets scratched up peel it off and replace with a fresh one. They come in many colors, mine is black and day glow yellow, makes it easy to find! You need to select the playlist on the shuffle, when you play it. If you do not select a particular playlist, it plays from the All Songs list. When you set the switch to play in order (not shuffle), the All Songs list plays in alphabetical order.

I just got my replacement phone from Warranty. The phone was on for just 2 hours and it crashed. I was told that motorola knows about this "possible" issue. I got a new sim, hard reset, If it can be done I did it. They are now sending me the same phone again. Number 3. I would hope this one doesn't crash but I rather have a different phone so I can enjoy using my account. The phone's most recent error was today. " Unfortunately, the process com.motorola.widget.circlewidget3d" has stopped. At least the error message works and it's polite. I told tech this and they could not answer my question or help me other then "let's do a hard reset" My warranty replacement is coming on Monday. Let's hope this one works. Anyone else havinbg the same problem. it says "such and such as stop working" on all sorts of stuff! Help! I want my iPhone Back!
I just did a google search on this issue. OMG, I got a ton of videos on this or similar issues. Each one says in some way to clear the cache, reset the data, etc. Why in the world would this continue to happen and they not do a fix that resloves this without having to lose or stop what your doing. This is a very long and constant issue it seems with Android phones as there must have been pages and pages of what I now call "Unfortunately" So I am going to pray that Verizon helps me out and gets me away from this issue and helps me go back to iPhone or try the Samsung.
