How do I adjust the size of program fonts to accommodate low vision users?

Is it possible to adjust the size of program text to accommodate low vision users, like an enlarge text button or CTRL + zoom text function like in my browser?
I know I am not the first person to approach this issue. Since PSE 5 the text sizes have been getting smaller each version and even harder to read, and now that screens are much larger, it makes the menu text even smaller. I predict that by v. 20, users will have to just memorize where to put their cursor to click on a menu item.
I have already adjusted my system text sizes to 175% but it does no good for PSE, if I use the zoom entire screen, I can only view 1/4 of the workspace at a time. There really should be an easy way to personalize your workspace. I have to reduce my screen resolution to 800x600 and change back to 1920x1080 to view the item in it's intended location each time I edit or create images and cannot work on the document that I am creating or editing a graphic at the same time. What a huge inconvenience.
I have resorted to keeping my binoculars next to my computer for just this reason. Picture it... binoculars to select anything on a menu. In a way I feel like a prisoner. Who are the quality control people, anyone that suffers with low vision? The last major problem I had to live with, PSE 10's gray on black! Find the scroll button when your eyes are tired! LOL.
There are major reasons why I stick to PSE too, so changing programs is not a viable option for me.

I am assuming that you are on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
Not sure if there is another way, but the way that works for me
a. right click the computer taskbar, and click on Cascade Windows
b. in the Premiere Elements Expert workspace, go the the bottom right edge of the workspace view, place the mouse cursor at that point until its tip has a diagonal icon, and then drag upward right to left diagonally to give some view of the desktop where I have the file for the drag and drop into Premiere Elements....then drag and drop the supported file into the Timeline or Project Assets or a drag and drop location.

Sending e-documents as email attachments is anyway never a good idea; use a file sharing service (Acrobat.com, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, ..) to upload the doc, then send the shared download link via email.

Web page comes up in small print. I understand "cntl ++" but how due I adjust the size to make it larger when it 1st displays?

How to auto adjust the size of a drop-down

I used to have a table inserted in all of my drop-downs and then I had all of my text and images inside of this table. The table would automatically resize based on the width of the largest image in that drop-down. The text would adjust accordingly as well. Unfortunately, I have to remove the table from all of my drop-downs because Adobe has not fixed the bug that I reported in RoboHelp 8. If I have a bulleted or numbered-list in a table that is in a drop-down then when I generate to Word RoboHelp adds an extra bullet before and/or after the drop-down. Since they did not fix this in RoboHelp 9 either, I'm having to remove all of my tables in my drop-downs. Peter Grainge gave me some changes for my style sheet to make a border appear in my drop-downs so that I don't have to use the table for this part anymore. The only problem is that when I generate WebHelp the border is staying a defined width and the text is staying within that width, but the image is much larger. This is a problem in IE and Firefox. Is there a way to get my border in my drop-downs to resize to the size of my image, just as I got the tables to do? I would just set my table size to 95%, and that did the trick. I do not know how to do this with the style sheet for a drop-down.

This will force the dropdown to render as a 'normal' text element instead of a block.

How do I adjust the size of the window so I can drop videos from other windows? I am trying to decide if I am going to buy this application but there are too many problems already.

I am trying out the Premiere Elements but I am not sure I will want to continue to use it. First problem:
How do I get the window to go to a smaller size? I click on the box on the upper right corner but it still covers the whole computer screen and I cannot grab it and move it either. What is going on? I have an HP computer.

How do you adjust the size of icons in folders?

I downloaded an application and inside it's folder in applications, the icons are gigantic. Larger than all my other icons. Is there like a size adjustment somewhere? They also move around weird when I try to drag them which I think had something to do with their size.

When you have the folder open go to the View Menu>Show View Options. There should be a slider that will adjust the icons to where you would like and then tick the box for This Window Only.

How do I increase the size of a font from the internet when printing?

When printing from a webpage, the printing is so very tiny. If I increase the font under internet options it helps, but increases the font so large on the website that it doesn't fit on the viewed page. Help! I read a lot of the questions about this, but no answers!

How can I adjust the size of a iPhoto file for a Google Picasa web album?

It is taking forever to upload my photos from iPhoto to a Google Picasa account. My photos are being uploaded exactly the same size they are in iPhoto. I can only upload 5 photos at a time in the Picasa album and It takes about 5 minutes for each upload. I know there must be a way to reduce the MBs, but so far I have not had any luck figuring it out. I would appreciate any insight into this problem.

Export the pics from iphoto to the desktop (File -> Export) you can reduce the file size of them in the process. Then upload them from there.

The usual setting is in Printing Preferences.
In case you haven't found it yet - it has been a while since your original post - you may have your tray setting stuck on the 4X6 tray.
I can provide details and "how-to" if you need more help.
Printer model info would be helpful, and do you have your printer software loaded yet?

I have an HP Officejet 4500 all-in-one printer and a new HP pavilion Slimline computer. Since I changed to this computer, my printouts have very small font size making them hard to read. How can I adjust the font size of the printout? Is it a computer or printer function? I appreciate the help.

I, too, am frustrated. This seems like something that would easily be handled within the application software. However, none of the fixes I've been offered have been very helpful. My cousin sugested using Control C and Control V to move the text to WORD. Once in WORD, you can manipulate the text on a WORD page...sometimes. I've had good and bad luck with this method. Take an XML-Editor and open:

How do I adjust the print size of a photo?

I created a collage in PSE 10 and took the photo to Ritz to have printed out in an 18" x 24" poster. When the file was read into their computer for printing, the sizing came up as 18'1/2" x 24". Printing the photo as is will cut 1/2" off of the collage. How do I adjust the print parameters of my photo file in PSE 10 to be exacetly 18" x 24"? Thanks.

Here is my suggestion:
Open a blank, new file (File>new>blank file) size 8.5x11"
Open the collage
Go to Select>all
Go to Edit>copy
Go back to the blank file created in step #1
Go to Edit>paste. The collage will be on its own layer
Access the move tool, and with the corner handles resize the collage. Using the corner handles should preserve the aspect ratio. If you open the rulers, you will have a point of reference as you go along.
Print a draft copy to see if it will be suitable in the frame..

Click on the text in the menu so that you see the bounding box around it. Look to the right of the Movie Menu customization workspace, Adjustments Palette, Text and edit your text font style and size.
In this screenshot, "Glass Flowers" text in the main menu is selected and its Adjustments Palette Text editing opportunities are shown. To do comparable editing in the scene menu, click on the scene menu in the bin to bring its image up to the screen.
