How do I automatically print emails in outlook?

Hello,
I recently starting using Microsoft outlook again for emails.  I am not very competent in how it works just yet, however, I would like to know if there was a way I can set up incoming email to automatically print when I am out of the office.  I
tried to create a new rule, but there was not an option for automatically printing incoming emails.  Maybe someone can help me figure out what I need to do to make this happen.

While this is informative, it does not really help me much.   I am using the web browser outlook, not the good old fashion outlook express that was its own entity.

    1. To see whether picking list (EK00) is generated:
    VL02n open the delivery -> menu bar -> extrax -> picking output . 
    Is EK00 there? If not, it means that EK00 is not generated for this delivery.
    If EK00 is green -> it means that it has been printed.
    If it's yellow -> it means that it hasn't been printed yet. Now you have to goto VL70 to print it.
    2. To generate a picking output for one delivery, you have to do:
    [1] In customizing of shipping point, (img -> enterprise structure -> defination -> logistics execution ->shipping point), you have to set picking output  (TVST-KSCHL).
    [2] Item is relevant for picking, and plant/storage location is not assigned to a warehouse.
    [3] Set default print parameter in customizing.  (IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> basic function -> output control ->define print parameter -> V4 -> for you picking output type -> assign default print parameter to shipping point ).

    I receive sales orders by email. I want to filter some to print on my default network printer and others to print on another network printer. The email body must print as well as txt, .pdf, .xls, .doc attachments.

    You can filter messages to file them to a certain folder, but I don't think you can have Thunderbird to automatically print them.

    I've been using mac for a few years after many, many years of PC, I love mac but not knowing how to set my mail preferences to automatically print a message and its attachments is driving me crazy!! Can anyone help with a straight forward solution?
    I usually have to print emails in bulk so having to stop and do attachments individually is really annoying.

Attachments can be anything -- would you like your printer to spit out reams after reams after reams of binary text because the message contained a compressed zip archive?     Well, I was going to suggest using a mail rule.  If you have already tried that I would think that the rule you have created didn't match the messages.  I think if you still need help, you will probably need to post some more information about the type of messages you are receiving and the rules you have tried, then someone may be able to assist.
    There are many guides to using rules in Apple Mail, I'm assuming you are familiar with them, but if not, Googling "apple mail rules" will bring up some examples.

    ePrint will default to printing photos from the photo paper tray at 6x4 and documents from the plain paper tray. Unfortunately, eprint via e-mailed content like this is limited to the print options above.
    In order to increase flexability in terms of print options, I suggest downloading the HP eprint app and use this to print. Both the printer and device using the eprint app will need to be on the same wifi network for this to work so you won't be able to use it remotely (like with the e-mailed eprint option).

    I'm trying to automatically print a waveform chart programically with out using a sub VI. From using Method 2 on this post http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/981c98819dbb89fe862569610046cfb8 I have been able to get the chart to save. However I haven't been able to get it to print automatically. I also am wondering if it is possible to have addition information being save in the JPEG, for example just some text to explain the chart a little bit. Lastly I am wondering if it possible to change the waveform chart background from black to white for the JPEG. I've attached a screen shot of my code below and I understand I'll have to add more but I'm unsure of how to do what I am looking for.
    I am fairly new to Labview and am still learning but any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I am trying to move years worth of emails from Outlook on a PC to a new MacBook Air. The database of emails is about 5GBs. I can find different settings to export the emails in PC formats, but not a single one listed in the Lion version of Mail. It can import from Mac Mail, Thunderbird and Entourage, but not Outlook. Is there a way to export the files and import them on to the Mac that anyone has had success with?

    Please note, both Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 only have the rule with the action "print it", but neither of them has the action to print the attachment. You need to use a macro which prints the attachments of the emails.

  • How to send automatic Birthday email to users in a list.

    Hi,
    I know this question has been asked multiple times but I'm not able to implement any solution correctly.
    I have a list containing users and their birthdays. I created a sharepoint workflow which first checks if value in the field "Birthdays" is equal to today's date and if true then it sends email to the respective user. I ticked all options for starting
    workflow (automatic, manually, new, changed). This workflow works when I add a new item(or modify) in the list. 
    Now, I want this workflow to work even when all users and their birthdays are already created in the list and there is no scope of triggering the workflow through creating new item or changing any item. Anyway birthday workflow is supposed to check the entire
    "Birthdays" column match the dates with today's date and if they match then it should send email. I tried to play with information policy settings with no success (I followed this - *not able to post the link*. The workflow just doesn't trigger.
    I'm not sure what will be the impact of pause until on the performance of my website. I'll be glad to know any suggestions on how I can make it work?

    I dont think your approach will work. This type of repeatative jobs can either be done with some sort of timer service or Scheduling a task.
    One way to achieve your desired result is:
    1) Create your list of users with their birthday and any required information (It seems you have this)
    2) Create a list with some metadata that you will require during sending email. Add one dummy list Item in it. 
    3) Now create a workflow (you already have this) on this second list.
    4) Write a PowerShell script and schedule task it to run everyday which will loop through your Employee Birthday List and if it founds a match it will update that dummy list item with real metadata. 
    5) Configure your workflow to run automatically when an item is updated.
    The only challenge you will have is when two users have their birthday on the same day. What you can do in that case is as soon you update your dummy item you pause your script for 60 seconds or whatever the time it takes to complete your workflow notificiation.

    I'm trying to work out a way to ensure incoming messages to Mail with a specific phrase in the subject line will have their email addresses automatically added to a specific group in my address book. Any ideas?

    I have one that is close, so I have made a couple of changes and it MIGHT do the job. I recommend backing up your address book before trying. You will need to change the script at line 3 to use whatever group name you want. The script will most likely fail if the group does not exist. This version has had very limited testing, and in particular there is no error handling built in - I don't know how it will behave if the sender of the mail has not provided a two-part personal name.
    Store the script in your (not the system) Library/Scripts/Applications/Mail and point your rule at it. You will also be able to use it by selecting messages in mail and using the Scripts menu.
