How do i back up my phone to itunes?
i tried to back up my phone to my computer and idk if it worked or not. i want to reset my phone but i dont want to if it is not backed up. when i plug in my phoe to itunes all the stuff on my phone appears and when i unplug it it dissapears. is that supposed to happen? and it not show anything if i plug it in when i reset it?

iDevices are backed up to either iTunes on a computer or iCloud.

If they are included in the iTunes backup, you do not view them. iTunes backups are not viewable, they are intended solely for restoring to an iOS device.
If the device has been used as designed and the pictures were regularly copied off the device to the computer, look in the folders where you put them.
