How do I back up or save my Notes? Iphone 5 ios 7.0.4

My notes are the most important thing in my phone and i would like to restore my phone but still be able to keep all of my notes.
Ive tried backing up everything up through icloud and my mac but when i go back to my notes and click my Icloud account it still has older notes and not my most recent notes.
I have 3 accounts in my notes with aol, gmail, and iCloud
each all have different notes scattered between them but i would like to save ALL of my notes SPECIFICALLY to iCloud so they can be under one account.
ive tried resetting my phone after backing up through iCloud and my mac and going back to my notes and selecting the iCloud account just to see that it still contains older notes and not all the notes i tried to back up into the account.

usually you back up first, then restore.
In any case, if you are backing up Notes app to your computer or iCloud those should be there, but I don't know what app or mechanism you are using to create and backup notes in Google and Aol so I cannot speak to that.

You should do regular backups, not just when you're going to do major surgery on your Mac.
If your internal HD fails, or gets hopelessly corrupted, or your Mac is lost or stolen, you lose everything.

All sorted! dont suppose you know how to fix another problem I have??? for weeks now, since updating to ios5 I think, for some reason every time I have tried to log onto app store it says CANNOT CONNECT TO ITUNES STORE. It's nothing to do with my computer, and I've been to the Geniius bar but they couldnt help and nothing I seem to do lets me update my Apps and even worse, I cant even buy any more. Any suggestions?

The App store app is a built in app and cannot be deleted. Try:
Check settings to see if restrictions are turned on and/or if Installing apps is turned off (Settings app > General > Restrictions)
Check all of your home screen (by swiping left to right), and folders to see if was inserted into one. (you can also use Spotlight search which will tell you if it is in a folder. Swipe down on the Home screen and type in "app Store")

Well, let take the personal service point of view : let say, I had two calendars on my iCloud account : one for work, one for my leisure activities.
On my MacBook Pro that I use at home as well as at my office, I would want the two calendars to show and since I am alone in my office, I would want the alerts for both my work and my leisure activities to show (and make a sound at the same time).
But on my iPad that I only use at home, I would only want my leisure activities alerts to show (and make a sound) and on my iPhone that I only use for work, I would only want my work alerts to show (and make a sound).
That is a personal service that simply does not work.
Why would Apple give us the opportunity to hide some calendars on certain devices but not allow us, on these same devices, to switch off the alerts linked to these calendars that we have chosen to hide ? Why having alerts of calendars that do not even show on these devices ?
And I am an Apple fan since 1984, since the very first Mac. I still do believe Macs and Apple devices and/or software (iOS, OS X and others...) are much better and much more efficient than " Microsoft, Windows, Google and other Android devices and software.
But that does not mean everything's perfect (and I find that quite normal).
Nevertheless, in this case, letting alerts make a sound on a device where a specific calendar is not shown, that does not make any sense : when uncheking those calendars, the alerts linked to those calendars should be automatically switch off (but alerts should be able to work on the calendars that are shown.)

If the device has been used as designed, contacts would be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service. If the device has regularly been synced and backed up to iTunes on the computer, simply plug it in and allow the sync/backup to occur.
If the device has never been synced/backed up to a computer, it is not possible to force one without a working screen.

Hi, I have a similar problem, my son erased my wife's game data for pet rescue. We left the phone in Apple for repair last week and now we got it back but it is fully restored from a previous iCloud backup which did not include the game save.
I have an iTunes backup of the phone which was made just before deleting the pet score game score and therefore which should contain it. I don't want to restore the iPhone from that iTunes backup. Is there a way to just bring the game save data separately?

Just upgraded my perfect 4s iphone to IOS7. The new GUI is cumbersome and counterintuitive for ease of use.

You cannot - there is not, and never has been any supported means of downgrading iOS.

Step 1. Connect your current iPhone to iTunes to back up your contacts as you will need to move them from your old SIM to the new SIM (which I have ready to go)....How do i do this? Am i just syncing my contacts with my yahoo address book. This doesn't seem right.
the other steps I think I'm okay with...
2. swap the SIM over, and follow some steps with my phone carrier
3. sync iPhone to Itunes again to restore contacts
4. SIM swap is complete, and this new "microSIM" is ready to go when the new iPhone 4 is delivered.

I do currently have an iPhone 3G, and they want me to use theis new SIM card until delivery of my new iPhone 4.
So, the contacts that i currently have in my phone are different to my contacts in my yahoo account. My yahoo account basically just has all email addresses and that's it.
So, do I have to update my yahoo contact list first, then "sync"? Does this then mean I've backed them up also?
Or, when I sync, will it take my contacts from my phone into iTunes and my yahoo account??
