How do I bring two texts together

Question

Hello,
I have followed difficulty. Two Indesign documents are in front of me. Both have classifieds with three batch formats. One batch format for title of a theme (Format A), one for the headline of a classified (Format B) and a third batch format for the text of a classified (Format C).
Here a structure example in first document:

B C
B C
A2
B C
A3
B C
B C
B C
B C
A4
B C
Here a structure example in second document:
A1
B C
B C
B C
B C
A3
B C
A5
B C
A6

B C
B C
B C
Or so the situation is in both documents. But e.g. A2 could be a title in document 1, who isn´t in document 2, otherwise one title could have three classifieds in the first document and ten classifieds in the second document...and so on
So my wish would be to have one sorted list with the text of both documents. Alphabetical sorted in title and also in classifieds. In example as followed:

B C
B C
A2
B C
A3
B C
B C
B C
B C
B C
A4
B C
A5
B C
A6

B C
Can somebody help me? The difficulties for me is to group a classified with two batch formats for an alphabetical sort process and then get a sort list for each title area. I hope everybody understand my broken english.

Not sure if this would help but my guess is that you are trying to create something similar to a table of contents, maybe you want to check out this documented at : http://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/creating-table-contents.html
In case of multiple documents you can always create a book and then generate the Table of content, but you will have to maintain proper styles to achieve that.
